    Another excellent video!
    I must say that I am not a big fan of yoga but your explanations are the best I've seen so far. Actually, I ended up here because I was looking for stretching tips but I'm starting to get interested in yoga.
    Just one small feedback, I think it would be better if your shirt was black or of another color than white because it would make easier to see the shape of your back. As your shirt and the wall are white, it was a little bit hard to see the alignment of your back.

      You can practice of pranayam but Pranayam are not a direct treatment for sleep apnea, they do assist in strengthening and opening the upper airway muscles, which can help minimize the symptoms of sleep apnea.

    My hips don’t touch soles of my feet . Tried hard but not succeeded .

      You can practice it with your knees apart. But ensure that your toes should stick together. However, there is no problem with the other variation as well.

    Sir the feet is paining and not forming chair pose like you sat,so I am not able to sit it

      2 things to keep in mind to reduce the discomfort at the feet.
      1 Do some ankle rotations
      2 Place a rolled napkin under the ankle. This will reduce the pressure at the ankle, and also help to sustain little longer.

    Thank you for the explanation. I have a question on the pose. Should the heels be touching the buttocks when I bend forward?

      When you do this Asana, the big toe will be touching to each other and the heels will be apart. Buttock will rest between the heels.

    If possible please wear different colored t-shirt. The background and your t-shirt color are same because of which it becomes difficult to see the back posture.

      Jaabhi aap sitting asana ke andar koi difficult wala backward bend asana karte ho, tab aap is asana ke andar aake relax kat sakte ho.
      Ye rejuvenating and relaxing asana hai.
      Kuch log jab Ashtanang Vinyasa shuru karte hai, tab wo bech bech mai is asana ka istemal karte hai, apni breath ko settle karne ke liye.
      It hepls you to relax.
