While I watch all your videos religiously I cannot help but comment on the lovely house that you have love the flower arrangement and the little garden of yours clean uncluttered and tastefully decorated!! In such a setup it is impossible to not do some form of exercise:)

Thank you. I was doing Cobra pose as part of a stretch routine on an APP, to stretch abs. Now I will modify how I do this. I do light push-ups while in this position and also lifts of my back without arm support to strengthen my back, like in ballet.
Nicely explained,pls.teach some more yogassana for carpal.tunnel.syndrome and for cervical.and lumbar spondylitis....sometimes,these diseases makes things worst
