    I am having sinus for last one month I have done this and it helps in quick relief my both nostrils are opened and I am feeling good.

    Hare Krishna Satvic Family. I am proud to say that I learned Yoga from Radhikaji during 21 days of the Yoga channel in January 2022.     I suffer from stress and anxiety but anulom vilom helps a lot along with other breathing techniques. Also it helps me a lot in removing excess water from body and face and feel a lot calm and happy after this pranayam.
