I suffer from stress and anxiety but anulom vilom helps a lot along with other breathing techniques. Also it helps me a lot in removing excess water from body and face and feel a lot calm and happy after this pranayam.

Hi Kalpana...please consult a psychiatrist...you need medicine if you need to come out of it soon. Pranayam and yoga will help but it will take time. Happened with me too. Consult a doctor. Start taking medication and also do yoga and pranayam. It will help you in recovery. If you want I can connect you with my psychiatrist.

Really the way yoga teacher teaches how to breath is very simple and following the way she explains. I just started today and feel very relief. I will flow this daily.

Try meditation it is only way to cure
