Just wanted to know in muscle building phase doing cardio for 10 mints only and targeting 100 calories burnout , will that effect muscle loss also. I usually do a 10 mint hard cardio for fat loss but will it effect the muscle building also?

I'm am 88 kg and I am doing 1 hrs cardio in morning and strength training at home for 1.5 hrs and consume 4 chapati and 8 egg white 1 aata ladoo and 1 apple 1 big bowl salad 1 bowl sprouts 1 glass of milk and do I need more carbs or should I increase protein

Track your protein and calories through HealthifyMe or MyFitness pal, if your protein intake is around 158-176 grams according to your weight then you’re good.
Recommended protein intake is
2 grams X per kg Bodyweight.
Bcz we're not on steroids. That's why we are not gaining muscle fast.
True. Without steroid, gaining muscle is so frustrating after working out for years and spending so much money on protein
