Here to sum up of all the mistakes :-
1) Not using full range of motion.
2) No focusing on grip strength.
3) Avoiding big lifts like deadlift squats and bench press. Don't miss them.
4) Not planning meal before working out.
5) Ego lifting.
6) Lack of focus. Spending time on texting and stuff.

Mistakes:
1) Not doing full range of motion.
2) No gripping strength - Re Rack your own weights, rods, dumbbells etc.
3) Avoiding deadlifts, bench press and squat.
4) Eating bananas in the gym just before workout or in between workouts. 😂
5) Using weight you can't command. Hence no ego lifting.
6) Lack of focus or Lazy training.

Really beneficial tips. You are awesome sir! My dad taught me similar things. One was grip training by lifting plates carefully and the other thing he told me was "never throw the weights after workout. Use your strength to slowly keep down the weights. it improves your strength"
