Listened and meditated to this several times the last hours. A month ago I lost my farther after fighting his sickness for 1 and a half year. The same time my brother turned on my family, just 2 weeks ago my mom was at the hospital for her heart and now she's fighting her own sickness which we don't know how it will end.. THIS IS WHAT ITS ABOUT! Use the pain! Don't let your circumstances beat you to the ground and destroy you! Use the pain and mold yourself into the best version of yourself! YOU CAN MAKE IT! DONT GIVE UP! Use the pain!

Now matter what anyone says about “lose sleep” or wake up at 4am…ignore that. Your mind, body, and health need sleep. Get 8 hrs straight of sleep. Adjust your time you go to bed instead so your 8hrs ends at 5, 6, or 7am. Get sleep or pay the consequences. ❤
