However, you did mention that coffee will be good for our workouts and it's been proven as per studies, but I have even studied that taking coffee regularly may cause memory loss in long run.
How gonna we ensure that we won't come up with any such circumstances in our future. I hope you were able to understand my question, looking forward to you.

I have never in my life taken coffee or tea I only drink milk is there any other option of coffee so that I can take it before workout.
1. Beet vegetable juice
2. Warm up in gym
3. Pre workout carbohydrate
4. Pre workout before 45 min of gym
5. Use coffee as pre workout before 45min
