Bhai sahi Kam kiye ho 👍magar protein powder me 30gm per serving me 25 gm protein milta hai....
social worker
Whey protein is in per serving meaning (~30g) so per 100 g it would be ~83g
And 250 ml milk is approx 250g = 8g protein/250ml
So protein in 100g(or ml) milk would be approx ~3 grams
Nice

Good Sir bohat achi Knowledge hai ap ki video mein 👍
Superb Yatinder Bhai...you are doing an excellent job with your sincere and honest opinions and suggestions. I am from North India living in Australia. I do weight training plus athletics and yes every vegetarian can fulfil their requirement of protein if one can eat right food at the right time and in right quality.
❤ from Melbourne 🙏🙏🙏
Yatinder Bhai, No doubt your videos are always helpful & effective for muscle building. But, I would request you to please make some guidance videos on recovering from injuries (major & minor) we face due to wrong/over doings of gym exercises. Exercises that we should restrain ourself during or while recovering from injury. When should we continue to hit gym & when we should not, to avoid the minor injury to get worse ? what exercise can we choose to do during injury/recovery to help recover faster.
Definitely you would have more experiences to share on this.
Thank you 🙏🏻
Great video sir thank you very much ❤

Sir pls make a new workout program along with techniques like slow negatives, double drop set, Going till failure
Pls 🙏🙏
Thanks for your information
Very good Sir. The pace and your calmness is very good, also the information
I really appreciate this video for the reason you spoke about consuming milk. So many seasoned bodybuilders, all of them have instilled such bad information about mulk in the heads of people, that people started to say milk is bad for health.
In our country they say गाय हमारी माता है. Cows milk is like mothers milk. Milk would never harm a human. Thanks once again , you would not know how much you have helped by highlighting milk as a source of wholesome food.
Thanku paaji. Aaapne baakio ki traah confuse 😵 nahi kiaa. Nice information ❤
Super speech Good teaching
Bhot a6a... Ab me bhi body bana skta hu esa laga... Thanks for information

Can we add bell peppers and mushrooms too, in vegetarian diet? I mean r these low fat sources?
Also ur shoulder+triceps workout is very effective. Again thanku sir for sharing ur valuable knowledge with us🙏🏻
Bhot informative and nice help full for me
Thank you for sharing in detailed.
Sir,you are a legend ❤️👍🙏
You are such a genuine person ❤
Very much thankful for your guidance sir. God bless you.
THANKS SIR. FOR YOUR DIET.
Paji, fantastic video, *on point.* I'm a vegetarian strength and fitness person, now almost 59 years old...
My DAILY NO1 protein food are soya chunks.
The only thing i will say about the video is that even the latest research has shown for estrogen effects to show up from soya you have to ear kilos a day..
I normally have about 200 grams per day (weighed raw before cooking) and to be quite honest it DOESN'T affect me in any negative way.
My strength and stamina increases week upon week.
Otherwise your video completely on point.
Well done!!
Yes he didn't mention any research on soy products .you need to eat as much as 1kg soya chunks everyday to increase estrogen .
Love and support from Pakistan ❤️
Thanks Yatinder, this is very helpful 🙏
Very useful information sir... Thanks so much.
Whey protein is in per serving meaning (~30g) so per 100 g it would be ~83g
And 250 ml milk is approx 250g = 8g protein/250ml
So protein in 100g(or ml) milk would be approx ~3 grams
Push pull legs vs bro split. Per proper video chahiye sir

Great Video Thanks a lot Yatinder Sir !!!
What about SATTU? You never have mentioned in any video. Satuu is also a rich protein source for those who are vegetarian and also inexpensive. YATINDER ji, your reply would be helpful.

This was a very good video.. Simple & informative... Thanks for this video
Bohat shandar dite hay thanks bro .from Karachi
4:37 for a second I thought that's Ronnie Coleman.
Soy chunks are good but the bioavailability is less, around 60-74%, which is about 30-37g protein per 100g. And yes, Soya chunks don't increase your Estradiol levels because isoflavones only affect plants and not humans.
Moong Dal, if eaten raw, provides 24g protein per 100g. Sprouts can do around 7g per 100g and cooked Moong Dal gives around 3g of protein per 100g. So, bad idea!
Always go for A2 Cow Milk. Thank me later.
Can you tell me how to eat soya chucks ?
@@op.618 Soak them in warm water for 20 minutes before sauteing them with capsicum, tomato, onions, black pepper and salt. May also use low carb spice mix like Ching's spices for better tasting stuff.
Make sure you get rid of all the water and your chunks need to be completely dry.
@@PrakharRSingh thank you brother 😃👍
