Completed 21 days without sugar yesterday. Not that I am a sugar addicted guy, but, every day used to have some form or other. This change really helped in several ways.

I have given up non-veg(meat) totally and don’t even consume egg, for almost 4 years now.
Been trying to give up alcohol…and it’s now 70 days with zero drop alcohol… and most likely I will never have alcohol again…

it's been 12 days since I am with 0 sugar. No Added Sugar, no biscuits, cookies, mixture, ice creams, cold drinks, and no eating out. I have already seen a lot of changes. Before this I had no idea Sugar was so addictive. The first 7 days were really bad but now I don't feel like having it.

I have stopped using processed sugar for almost a year now. I do eat honey and jaggery though. It’s been a life changer. I was never overweight but I do feel light and more relaxed now.

i stopped sugar and maggie just at the beginning of covid time( near feb 2020). Since then, i feel better everyday. Since then , i have eaten maggie like once every 3 months or so and only used honey for any sweet cravings in day to day life. My sugar consumption is absolutely cut since 3 years or more except if other food items have it.Thanks.

yes i used to eat fruits alot and its 100% myth that if you eat fruits that makes you fat always keep in your diet specially seasonal fruits You just have to caution try to eat low calories fruits dont skip apple and banana from your diet

2 years ago i also took challenge of 100 days no sugar ....i succeeded after that i left sugar fully and now hate sugar and only eat sugar in very less amount during any occasion which is very rare once a 3 months, it has endless benefit and reduces fat way faster....another one thing i left was maida ...maida is also very harmfull so if anyone can leave sugar and maida then good health is half done there only
