So energizing 🤩 what does the mantra mean?
Absolutely, it is sanskrit- Aum Shrim Manipura Namaha. Which means "I call in the wealth, abundance, power, and nourishment of the Solar Plexus Chakra" If this doesnt resonate it with you, you could always try "I can and I will!" or "I take imperfect action". 💛

What is the difference between Pranayam and Pranayama?
No difference... Its pranayam, hindi words from india... But some people from other countries pronounce it as pranayama
They are virtually the same. I guess the major difference is who your teacher is. I have used both pronunciations but pranayam is the more traditional way of pronouncing. Hope this helps! 🙂
