This really helped my gut issues. I woke up with headache today, I can feel that my digestive system was somehow blocked or it's not properly moving. I'm super bloated, having a hard time to burp or fart, and nausea. I tried sipping hot water but didn't help much. So I found this video and tried it, by the time I was doing the 3rd exercise, I've been farting nonstop😂😂 it's funny but I'm glad it helps
This is so synchronistic. Earlier today, I had an uncomfortable tightness in my abdomen due to stress (which in turn causes digestive issues). I had my fiancedo some abdominal work on me (massaging in a clockwise fasion) and hip presses to release the tension. Then I did this routine, which further aided in the relaxation of my abdominal muscles. Thanks so much, Nick, for this video. Beautiful Scottish landscape, too.
Hello, I am 68 years old and I so happy your channel pop up on my screen this morning and I did two of your qigong exercises. I have been following several qigong teachers for more than four years now and it helps me heal my body ailments. I really like your soothing voice and your qigong exercises movement. Very easy and effective. Thanks! ❤😊🙏🏼
*chef’s kiss* “For The Love of A Princess” from Braveheart playing at the beginning… The water sounds…. The breathtaking scenery.:.. The gentle & potent flow…. Thank you, Nick! 🙏🌸☯️
Nick, thank you. For all the work you do and your methods of teaching. I've always wanted to do Chi Qong exercises and yours are helping me immensely. Blessings and Love Brother
This is really good, particularly if you're like me and hold a lot of worry (problems with the spleen and stomach meridian will lead to worry, so I understand). Thanks, Nick!
fantastic thank you, following your channel, i really needed this and will continue to work with qigong to help with stress, anxiety and it's related physical issues it can bring on
Lovley class that I just did with my husband and he recognized Braveheart right away. We both really loved this as we're on a Vegan food tour of Seattle.🫶🏼
Thank you Nick! I love the reminder to eat slowly and mindfully at the end of practice. This routine will be super helpful for me to revisit again and again.
Delightful! Thank you Nick! This really helped my tummy troubles from our date night dinner last night. I will keep in mind to savor and enjoy the meal instead of rushing through it. 🤗
Thank you for the gentle ending, but mostly of course thank you for freely sharing such a helpful beautiful practice with the world. Beautiful scenery and music too. Also; My busy mind was trying to convince me I didnt have time for qigong today, so the short length helped too. Just everything perfect ❤
Powerful i rarely repeat routines, but this was exceptional !!. I groked the way you overdubbed the content, but one thing i am unclear about is the UNbalance. apparently you believe right over left is Yang so did not repeat the twisting left "he..." sound from the right ? i tend to follow kuo-deemer as well since she also is aware of these subtle tees. I think the use of the 3 sounds `might` increase NO2 production in the lung
I appreciate the video and content.thanks!but....The obvious photoshopping into serene nature scenes does not really add to it,rather just makes it unbelievable....not in a good way.and when you say raise the right hand ,but you raise your left hand,it is also confusing.
I think he filmed these outside while in Scotland it’s not photoshop. Nature is beautiful what’s hard to believe? I think he does it backwards so people can mirror his movements. It can be confusing either way.
@EffortlessQigong thanks.maybe it is not photoshopped ,sure looked like it to me on my first viewing. I would not recommend doing qigong barefoot in a cold Scottish stream,though.......no matter how pretty it looks, not a benificient way to do it.thanks.
Well then,I must complement you on your choice of colors you are wearing, choice of where the lighting is,and camera.....you really stand out from the environment.so your movements are very clear to see. thank you for all your videos!

Nick, thank you. For all the work you do and your methods of teaching. I've always wanted to do Chi Qong exercises and yours are helping me immensely. Blessings and Love Brother
Beautiful. 💚 But it looked like you turned to the right and the liver, not left/spleen. 🥰
I flipped the video so it would be your left ;)
This is really good, particularly if you're like me and hold a lot of worry (problems with the spleen and stomach meridian will lead to worry, so I understand). Thanks, Nick!
Another stunningly beautiful video but the content was excellent and so very useful. Thank you so much, Nick. And now to go back to the Chi Dojo.....
Thanks Nick. I really noticed the relaxed and spacious feeling in my gut afterwards.
Love the stream and mountains!
This is such a relaxing and effective practice...and beautiful setting too! Thank you!
I have only just found your channel and I love it, I thought there were only 4 or 5 Qigong movements
So timely-we all have digestive issues at some point and this is so 😊useful-thank you.

Great video Nick really calming and lovely end to the video with the water and your soothing voice. Thankyou for posting these for us 🥰
Thanks!
Grazie.
Beautiful approach to eating. Yes, it’s not so much about what you consume as the intension behind it…
Super calming, thankyou Nick!
Thank you!
Thank you Nick. I just found you on UA-cam today. New to Qigone. Your voice is precise and calming. Very educational.
Thank you very much i love it , yawning is a sign of detox because i've experienced during the practise.
I get that too! From the healing sounds.
Delightful! Thank you Nick! This really helped my tummy troubles from our date night dinner last night. I will keep in mind to savor and enjoy the meal instead of rushing through it. 🤗

Love this!!❤😊
Why on earth did this make me nauseaus and then I found myself just bawling my eyes out? And now I am extremely sleepy. The heck? 😂
Well that’s an interesting reaction! Hopefully a healing one. Perhaps stagnation moving out of the stomach/spleen channels.
@@TheNickLoffree is stress stored in any of them? I think it could have been the fast change between stress and relaxation, energicetic whiplash lol?
Was the wooo to the left the only side to be done? There was no turning to the right.
Yes, because the spleen is on your left. One of the rare asymmetric ones!
@@TheNickLoffree Good to know!
Dank u Nick en geniet ook van de mooie beelden van welke streek ben je?
Thank you Nick! I have a question, is the Owl exercise strictly left sided or for both sides?
I noticed in first exercise that you say that you have to turn to the left, but you are turning to the right. What is the right direction then?
Follow my words. I’m mirroring you so you don’t have to flip my image in your head ;)
Hi! How far away in time should this be from a morning bouncing and body tapping routine? Thanks for the video !
I would do this right afterwards!
@@TheNickLoffree Thanks for the reply. Body tapping first , then the gut Qigong. Did I understand that correctly?
Hello Nic will this help with Gut motility?
It should!
@@TheNickLoffree thank you for your response! Following you on Tic Toc and IG! I saw a short reel about your story!!
