  • This Qigong routine is designed to massage the intern organs and stimulate the stomach & spleen meridians. It can help with bloating, gas, hiccups and general stomach discomfort. Practice 30-45 minutes after food once or twice a day.

    Thank you so much, Kseny, for this new digestion video. I am so glad to add it to the others for digestion--they all help me so much with IBS and slow digestion. I was feeling rather bad this evening with slow digestion and bloating, and this really helped. I will keep using it. You are such a help. I am very grateful.

    This helps to relieve tummy ache when on my period. Helps regulate bowel movements and release gas when bloated
