I have been doing this every morning now for over a month, before this I was starting to reduce my food intake because everything was causing me pain and bloating. I am already noticing that I can eat things that previously set me off, with now significantly reduced symptoms occurring. I am going to make this part of my morning routine, because the breath work also grounds you and puts you in a positive place to start the day. Thank you so much for uploading this video.
I am filled with gratitude for having finally come to the right place! I have multiple chronic illnesses. I have tried a lot of UA-cam practices for digestion, with no real breakthrough. I've been practicing with this video for one week now and have found it one hundred percent effective since Day 1. I am going to share the link with my GI doctor, whom I've been paying for years, though none of her prescribed medications or recommended OTC medications have helped. Will incorporate into my daily qi gong routine.
This video is amazing! I suffer from gerd and lately my reflux has been acting up again. I've tried multiple digestion videos and none have compared to this one. I've been doing this video for a few days now and everytime I do it I get instant relief. I can actually eat again it's amazing!
