I've had a qigong and taiji practice for about 4 years, but I'd never tried it in the evening for winding down (I tend to do my routine at dawn). I must say that having tried it tonight, I have a sense of well-being that I don't remember having in the evening for...well, years. This has been lovely. =)
Thank you Nick for this an exceptional video ! I just started with you and a very new to your Chanel also new to this concept but incredible interested and wanted to continue ! Am a retired senior 70 year old used teach palate and yoga retired because of the injury L4,5 S1 to my back in 2010! But I never give up what I was preaching I continue working out by swim 4 days a week strength training doing tai chi and now loving Qu gong ! I thank you for your hard work ! Please Keep with those videos & by encouraging folks to try your program ! My Grandson is 12 years old and have a severe 😱anxiety and bad case ADHD overly medicated it just make me so upset to my core that I can’t help him out !After I watch your video and your personal story for the first I have a hope ! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️🤗👍✌️
I enjoyed every minutes of this practice. It is a treat to allow ourselves to finally slow down. Once I know the movements, I close my eyes and really savor each seconds making sure to slow down my breathing as well. The location you chose to film is beautiful. Well done! Thank you.
I woke up to see this in my notifications... looks like I'm gonna have a relaxing day. I also knew that massive log going through my living room would come in handy some day 😂
Such a lovely peaceful practice. I like the way you describe things so poetically, but also keep things grounded. I didn't know about qigong till I found your channel last week, but it's already transforming me. I move more slowly with more awareness, and feel more 'in my body'. Thank you.

I love this one! Very calming. However, i notice i get distracted by the information you are giving about the origin or goal of the excersises. Makes that i get more in the cognitive state than energetic state. Would love to see some of these videos with just the instructions as voice over!

I love this evening routine. During the teacups I started feeling my energy very noticeably. At the end, when you say " no more work, just enjoy the evening" I took notice and was like, yeah, listen to Nick. I like that you explain things as well. Like, talking about the earth element and it's relation to sleep. It gives me more will power to keep going. Thank you, thank you, thank you.🌷
I feel so peaceful after this - def feeling the bliss! One thought of feedback: including more cues to breathe When in the rotating postures. I’m new to Qui gong and the breath patterns during the poses can confuse me. Other than that, loved it!

Peaceful and soothing. Even though I'm fully relaxed now, I find my posture is better than before doing this. And my breathing is slower and deeper.
