      9 out of 10 times I can't get to sleep, this set calms my nerves enough to fall asleep.

    I’ve been doing this yoga several nights a week for months, it’s made my sleep so much better. I rarely can be consistent with things like this, but this is so calming and quick. Thank you so much for this gift💝

    I like this. I finally did yoga for the first time in my life! And I didn't stop after two minutes yay LOL.
    I loved the movements. I did the exercise on my bed. I think I'm going to do this one more time actually.
    I never knew yoga could be fun.

    Wow, it actually helps☺️And I say this because I used to get a lot of nightmares and wake up in, like, the middle of the night because I'd get afraid of dying in my sleep.

      Bianca l eat some non fortified nutritional yeast, full of B vitamins that relax the nervous system and helps cure nightmares.

    I'm new to yoga, and this video helped me relax before bedtime. It's easy to follow and not over demanding which I like for now, just getting familiar with all the poses and, well, my own body and it's rhytm. Thank you, and namaste :)

    I often like most of us in this modern world have a long time to unwind and get sleepy enough to fall asleep. (Even with bedtime reminders, dim lighting, mindfulness on simulation). This practice at the end of the week I felt truly ready to pass out at the end of our Shavasana.

    I've been having hard time sleeping with stress but this was so beautiful Thank you!! I've done a few other ones on UA-cam but they're quite fast and not that relaxing. This was great. And what a beautiful Forest!!!! :)

    The 1st night i did this i fell into a deep sleep. One i haven't experienced since years ago due to stress and school and messed up sleep schedule. I was so relaxed and rejuvenated even with waking up early (so 6hrs sleep). Now i sleep earlier and look forward to this routine. Nearly a week so far n it's helped me so much already ❤

    Amazing i feel so relaxed that dead body pose also torso twist is what i needed i gt horrible back pain....but since i been doing yoga my pain in my back, shoulder, neck has subsided mayb to 90 percent and i no longer deal with chronic headaches again was dealing with pain for about 2 years, think was my stress related i no longer need to take pain medication im so happy about that

    So I’m super new to yoga and I thought it was silly because it’s often made fun of but honestly I’ve never been in a more relaxed and amazing mindset which sounds odd but depending on what yoga I do depends on what mindset I have it’s really good and I’m feeling slot less stiff

    Just did this for the first time tonight. I was assuming I'd have to do this on my mat. I didn't watch first and just went straight into trying it, but now that I know I can do this in bed I may actually do this video one more time before I actually get into bed to sleep. :)

    So well made! I've never done yoga but this just helps me get through the stressful 10 hours + of work everyday. The forest and beach backgrounds take me away from the concrete jungles instantly. Hope to see more beginner versions!
