I've been using the boho routines for quite some time now and it was until recently that I took it more seriously and do the sore back release routine and a longer Pilates or strength training routine every day. I'm in active physical person but I've had lifelong neck and back issues this is one of the only therapies that is truly helped me manage my pain. I've never taken the time to say thank you for all that they do to put into these videos and how thoughtful they are. I'm such a big fan and would recommend anybody to make this a part of their daily routine for happiness and health.

Hi there, I am writing this from India. It was 2021 I guess when found your channel. Since then, have been in love with your work. The way I could connect with your way of performing yoga, like how peacefully and gracefully you execute the poses, the serenity I find in your videos, the way you start and end your videos, the locations you choose, and my gosh, how elegant your body looks. Everything is top notch. Thanks for creating such amazing content and spreading yoga to your audience.

I did 4 yoga classes in a row of yours, starting with advanced and ending with deep stretches. I usually do this 2-3 times in a week but this time I felt a lot more sore and tensioned and by the end of the practice I finally started to feel releasing and feeling better, to the point that I started crying and seeing fractals on my mat each time I was breathing.
Practicing yoga really made me realize how much healing it brings and I just cannot imagine life without it any longer.
It's only about doing it properly and with patience, and really allow the needed time to feel the healing. For me is usually between 1-2 hours of practice, sometime lesser.
I stared your classes 2 and half years ago being really out of shape with little to no flexibility and now I am doing your advanced classes and feeling all my joints and tension a lot more clear where I have to release, and the emotion linked to it more properly, with the help of each asana.
Starting this practice helped me a lot to quit meat, eat more healthier and quit smoking and other bad habits.
Yoga comes only hand in hand with life healing and more peace, as the practice continues with time.
Thank you so much for sharing your practices and life style, your channel is the only one that feels best for me and changed my life, from inside out.
Much blessings to you and all

This is one of my favorite videos to care for my back. However, I do feel it is mostly targeting the lower back. I have chronic neck, shoulder, and upper back pain. I would love to see you giving a short yoga class on this part of the body, and maybe also give some advice on proper posture / daily habits for soothing upper back pain. Thank you so much and I love your channel.

I just wanted to let you know your videos have changed my life. I've been recovering from a lower back injury for over a year now and your workouts have transformed my body back into shape. Though I still have pain everyday, I feel stronger than I have been in a long time. please don't ever stop what you do! You touch and heal lives with your videos.
I was wondering if you could make a video that is more specific for developing a strong back to prevent future injuries?

This is one of my favorite morning yoga videos. Even when I really don't feel like exercising, I can motivate myself to do this video because the poses feel so good, and the combination of the voice-over and the music is so relaxing, it's like I barely have to wake up. I would love to see more videos like this with soft music and voice-over for sleepy yoga.

Just found this. Ok.. can't quite do all the positions properly, but it has easier options and the movements do not put a lot of strain on your back. If you have a bad back the last thing you want to do is work it, it needs rest and gentle very gentle manipulation. This is really nice as it simply moves your back in its current range of motion and opens the spine in both directions. Been working on my suppleness for a year, and these videos really help. I am cyclist and have their usual issues, but I have come to think of stiffness and limited movement like fat... you can't simply target one area and hope for a fix... in fact that can be detrimental... stretching is like a good workout... so now I almost don't stretch , instead I try to get my body to move comfortably and strongly at its range of motion which leads to ever greater movement range. It takes time people, but this type of content is really helpful if you stick at it.

I been following you for sometime now, I love your the way you work. I have to say that this particular video has an issue with the sound: the music is louder than your voice and it´s hard to follow without watching the screen, and that seem rather difficult from the floor. Thank you so much for bringing yoga back in to my life. Congratulations for your lifestyle.

I woke up feeling terrible, but now I feel somewhat human. Thanks!
I'm a bit puzzled by the things she mentions being beginner, but not others. I had no problem doing anything she mentioned, but I have nowhere near the leg flexibility to extend my legs further than a 45 degree angle *away* from my head, much less 90 degrees further, the way she did it.

Following your videos since end of last year, got way more flexible, though lately overstretched my lower back and was in pain for the last 2 days. :( This video completely released my lower back, I will do it again tonight and tomorrow , thank you so much :)

This is a great way to stretch out a tight back but, for beginners? LOL hopefully someday I can do those more advanced stretches. This gives me reasons to keep trying to get to that point
