I'm sure Adriene knows that I come to this video so often because it's the shortest nighttime yoga video, and when I've told myself I'll do some yoga today but procrastinated for 15+ hrs, this is where I end up. But man, I never regret clicking. N'night everyone.
I was short on time today but didn't want to miss out on the practice- so I've done this one today instead of what's on the calendar. Thankyou so much, Adriene. As always, this was a perfect way to end my day xxx
I rarely comment on videos but had to this time. I’m currently waiting on some potentially bad news that’s due to come in the next few days, and my anxiety has been through the roof. Seeing this week’s lineup of cozy, soothing practices for REFLECT brought me some much needed peace, and I’m grateful to have something to look forward to in the midst of the uncertainty. Thank you for everything you do, Adriene 🤍
I have PTSD, and have had significantly worsening symptoms over the last 3 months. I cannot sleep, and when I do, there are endless nightmares. For the last week, I have been doing yoga along with this and other videos you have, followed by gratitude journaling, and them immediately going to bed. I have slept soundly and dreamlessly for the first time in nearly a year the past two nights. Thank you, Adriene. Thank you so much.
has anyone else really been leaning into the yoga throughout this COVID-19 madness? my anxiety has been through the roof but being a longtime fan of adriene, putting her videos on takes me back to a time when the world wasn’t so stressful.
absolutely! i has started Adriene's Home series back in January & though i'm only on day 29 now (i have to take restorative yoga days when my body tells me it's time for that) i have been doing yoga daily & sometimes twice a day to help with pain & anxiety & Adriene has been a Goddess-send!! i'm so grateful to have these videos to help me through this trying time as well for sure. peace & healthy vibes~
Reflect day 7! I don’t have time for a longer practice, so I switched to this one and it was perfect for me today. Thank you, Adriene and YWA community💚💚💚

I really love all the bed time yogas, but i like this one because it is quick incase you dont have much time. would love some more 10 min bed time videos if you have the time. thanks for all the content!
I realized that I have been watching Adrienne for 8 years now and her channel has grown so much- I’m so happy other folks get to experience her amazingness too! I share her videos with my clients too 🎉
This was my only practice for today - November has not been kind to my health or my free time but even sneaking in a 7 minute ditty makes me feel like I'm balancing myself out. 7 minutes just for me. It doesn't have to be sweaty or filled with fire. It doesn't have to be trying to balance on one leg. It just has to be for me. And it was. ♥
I have had a lot of issues sleeping while I am at college due to my struggles with anxiety, but I used this last night and I was able to sleep soundly and fall asleep faster than I have for a week! I know it is small, but thank you!
Everyone is so nice in the comments of all your videos the only negative comment was saying you talk too much but I love when you talk it relaxes me :) you got me into yoga I would have never thought about doing it before I saw your video
I love your yoga videos so so much! You bring me such peace.... I am wondering if your bedtime yoga videos can end with a more mellow tune to close or no music at all? I try to stop them before the lovely peppy music comes back and wakes me out of the sleepy state again... just a thought ❤️🙂
I haven’t been on my mat this whole month, but I’m going to try to get back on it. I think I’ve been ignoring my yoga mat because I don’t think stillness is possible right now. And since my dad has passed, I think I’m scared of my grief and being in the stillness of it. This 7 minutes in bed was nice though, thank you Adriene.
I’m going through a similar period right now. Yoga held me together whilst my mom was sick, but now that she’s gone yoga can feel too vulnerable. Being open and listening to how I actually feel - well it feels like too much a lot of the time and I am often running from that. But I’m trying to get back into a routine, and short practices like this are nice. Wishing you well on your journey.
I swapped today’s sleepy quickie for Healthy Body Yoga 20 minutes. I needed it for the focus, as much for the mind as the body. It was all about attention to detail and breathing slowly with each move with you Adriene. It worked well for me. See you tomorrow for some Detox 😊🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
What an awesome way to start my Monday off. Thank you Adriene. ❤ This morning before practice, I felt in a lot of pain with my fibro, sluggish, and really tired. I needed a yoga practice that wasn't to intense. I found that with this practice, it was nice, and gentle, and just what I needed to start my day with. I may not he doing this at night, like the practice is ment for, but I feel it had helped me just the same. Thank you Adriene, you are a brilliant human, and a genius. See you tomorrow. Namaste. 🙏🧡💙💜💚❤
Hi Adriene, I have loved your videos for quite some time now, but this is my first time commenting. I am going through a difficult time at the moment and wanted to extend my gratitude towards you for the love and support I feel during your yoga videos! Your videos truly lift my spirit xxx
This is my first time through this video. It was wildly stressful for me! I've been out of my yoga practice for a couple of years now. I'm so out of touch with my body and most of this was quite painful even though it was all incredibly "easy". I'm renewing my commitment to myself and I'm hoping to regain the joy of coming to the mat over the next few weeks. ❤️
Here with April RENEW! My mom did this one with me! I ask her every single day if she wants to do yoga with me and this was the first time she said yes! She LOVED it and inspired her to maybe do more practices with me!
Depression and anxiety is tough. The only thing right now that soothes and helps me are your videos. Today marks day 35 (dedicate and following it up with care) and I can't believe the changes I've been noticing. Started this morning with yoga for ptsd and ending the day with this one. Thank you for being you Adriene and sharing your genuine self ❤
I started doing yoga as my anxiety started worsening and all I can say is I’m very thankful for this channel Adrienne!! It is helping me every day. You’re a kind soul❤️
I did this as part of Care, but it may become part of my nightly routine. Thinking of bringing the kids into it too, they need help winding down sometimes.
You are absolutely amazing and lovely. I have Fibromyalgia and a heart condition so working out and finding peace has been a struggle. I FINALLY have both as my body welcomes the stretches and my mind welcomes the deep breaths. I feel stronger, healthier, and in less pain. Thank you so much!
this is my fav sleeptime yoga. i slow it down to .7 but it makes you sound a little drunk. would love this lots with more time spent on each part of the sequence...if y'all monitor comments on older vids. and thanks for doing you and sharing it with the world.
I have used this sequence maybe five times, and I love it. It is so peaceful. I decided to start yoga because of how stressed I have been recently with school work, and it has really helped me a lot. I've been able to get deeper sleeps and wake up happier. I remember the first time that I did this, I got up after finishing and walked to my bed. I kid you not, I felt like I was floating. I could barely keep my eyes open, and I felt so amazing. Thank you, Adriene.
Today was rough. Bernie Sanders announced the end of his campaign, and this 7 minute bed time yoga is all I had in me. I am grateful to have this video to turn to when I am not feeling 100% myself/capable of a lot. Thank you, Adriene. Namaste
@@williamb7275 I love this practice. My husband and I were traveling, so now I have to play catch up. I missed the passed two days of Flow because of exhaustion. How had your practice been?
@@zuriwilson-seymore8939 I am doing restorative sequences these days. A number of postures were silently aggravating the SI joint. I felt good during but discomfort would arise later. I suspect the improvement in my upper left leg, the one that would lock up at times as well as the hamstring, may have enabled me to go further into some postures than the joint could handle. I may be totally off thinking that but it might be. Be well! 💜🙏
@@williamb7275 Oh, no! It saddens me to hear this. Well, it is paramount to listen to your body. Have you considered physical therapy? Perhaps consulting with a physician to determine the root cause of the pain? Have you ever heard of Universal Mind? It's an amazing detox for the mind, body, and soul. It cleanses the internal cells, organs, and joints. It's 100% herbal. It tasted bad, yet it's great for us. As a matter-of-fact. I need to get back on it. I have used it off and on for over two decades. It's sold at an African shop here. I am uncertain if the owner sales it on-line, yet I can inquire. Best wishes! 🦋❤️🦋 Feel better!
Normally I do longer videos (this was my first time doing a shorter one) and when it was over I was thinking "Wait, that's it?!" and then I thought "I need more!". I never thought I'd say that! Yoga hasn't always been the easiest for me to actually start/do or sometimes I struggle to hold poses as long! I always enjoy it and am impacted for good when I do, do yoga (especially with you, Adriene!) and I think after today's practice I realized I do need more! and my body is now craving yoga! Sweet!
This practice was so quick and sweet, it just made me love life! The sun was in my eyes towards the end of the practice and I felt so grateful for my life. Thank you Adriene and Benji
I love yoga with adriene, it really helps me when I'm struggling to get things into routine and have it together. This makes you feel like you've done sth to work on your body yay
9-9-22 Wanted a little more after the yoga video of the day, so followed up with this, and was not disappointed!. (Celebrate Day 9): 4 days in a row. 9-16-22 Repeated this practice in place of today's scheduled practice. (Celebrate Day 16): 11 days in a row.
Adriene I have neglected yoga because of how hectic and demanding university and life can be. But this little session felt like bliss. I have missed you. Namaste
I’m a hospice nurse and had to deal with some really tough stuff today. I couldn’t go to sleep and decided to do some yoga. Feeling a little better now! Thanks for being there for me, Adriene!
Im going to do this everyday. I have a problem with sleeping (Im 9) and i feel this will help me. Thanks! (Thank you for the heart ^~^ much appreciated.)
How to ADHD channel recommended yoga to help with emotional regulation, and while I already knew yoga was helpful, I find it hard to fold it into my daily habits, esp when longer videos feel like such a time commitment. I've had luck adding in meditation to my day by making it the first thing I do when I wake up, so hopefully with this short video from a trusted yoga teacher I can make yoga the last thing I do before I go to sleep. 😊🧘
That was extremely relaxing and calming. Great Yoga, did your Yoga Wash, Detox flow following this short and sweet practice. Amazing Adriene, you are an Absolute Blessing to me and millions around the world. God bless for your Goodness and Love in supporting and caressing our Spirit into Life ❤️Love Scarlet ❤️Namaste🧘🏽♂️
Thank you for making me comfortable with only doing a 7 minute yoga ritual at night! I feel like I used to kick myself for doing anything under what got me sweating and breathing heavy, but you make me feel much better about doing a 5 minute yoga if it's all I can hack for a day! Thank you!!
Happy new year! This was a great way to end the first day of a new year, which I bet we were all ready for! Cursed 2020 is gone forever, yay! You should make a new year's yoga video, like a morning yoga session, it would probably get us ready for a new beginning. Stay strong everyone!
Adriene, I would like to say that when I discovered your channel last summer I didn't know how much it would change my life. It lifted me from a difficult point in my life and I never looked back. I have found a deeper connection between my mind and body and a desire to learn and grow my practice. You as an instructor have inspired me to get my yoga certification. Hopefully I will be half as good a teacher as you. Keep doing awesome things. Namaste.
Happy as a baby after this one! So nice to remember our bodies that have carried us through the day and to stretch the hips which we constantly use for sitting. Namaste
First time ever trying Yoga, at first it felt abit awkward. But as I started to get into the exercises you made me feel really safe and relaxed. Thank you for these videos. I will continue with Yoga since my body really feels great after trying it.
Hi from France! I have PTSD and insomnia since I was a teenager and since a month and a half I’ve been to emergencies because I couldn’t stop shaking everywhere in body, I had fever and I was so scared, I’ve been diagnosed and it was just a virus and a little hypoglycemia. But since, I still couldn’t stop shaking and I was so scared and emotionally, mentally and physically exhausted... But I found some videos so I can breathe during panic attacks and then I found this video and it helps me to breathe and relaxes my body when it starts shaking and warming. Sometimes, during relaxing videos I’m still overwhelmed by emotions and my heart can’t stop beating fast and sometimes everything is worse so I do this video and my whole body cooperates with my breathe and everything’s so much better 😌 Thank you for being there for me when I’m in these terribles moments and I don’t want to bother my father and makes him as anxious as me! Your voice is so relaxing, thank you a thousand times Adriene! 💝
Tomorrow night, I'm trying the longer bedtime video. I needed a quickie because it's late and I have two big client meetings tomorrow. I knew if I didn't dump my anxiety somehow, I wouldn't sleep. Thanks again, Adriene!!
Thanks, Adriane. These videos help me to be more respectful to myself and others. I practice them every day and it feels awesome. I am always excited to meet you on the matt and listening to your voice is magic. Thanks
Looking for a short yoga practice before going to bed because a lot has happened for today. So grateful that this video is existing. I'm relaxed now and ready to go sleep. Thank you again, Adriene! ❤️ Good night everyone! Have a good rest. Namaste.
Confession: I did this in the morning after a wake-up shower and feeling ready to start my day! But getting my brain all calm and zen is great for slipping into a flow state for writing 😘
I'm doing dedicate this month (June 2021) but I have an exam the day after tomorrow and I ended up studying until very late. Instead of skipping my daily yoga (I'm close to a 6 months streak) I'm sure it I'll be good for my back and shoulders after a day on the books
Your yoga sequences really help me balance my messy life. Though it is still a mess, i realized what's important is my attitude toward it. And i feel better every time i do some yoga with you . Keep on the good work, Adriene. Many thanks

I’m here in 2020 and can’t wait for 30 days of yoga journey with you!
Thank you so much for something so short and sweet for when I have put off doing yoga until the last second before bed!
I can’t believe I never did this. I loved it. Thank you.
I’m a hospice nurse and had to deal with some really tough stuff today. I couldn’t go to sleep and decided to do some yoga. Feeling a little better now! Thanks for being there for me, Adriene!
such loving kindness for bedtime ... yum yum yum! thanks and rest for RENEW! :P
Short and efficient to sign the end of the weekend 🙏 namaste
Psoas, hands/finger/wrists, bedtime yoga = CARE x 3. Ending with bedtime yoga is so relaxing even first thing in the morning. As always thank you!!!
Been doing yoga with adriene 5/7 days a week since mid 2020. 😋🧘🏽♂️
Thank you for making me comfortable with only doing a 7 minute yoga ritual at night! I feel like I used to kick myself for doing anything under what got me sweating and breathing heavy, but you make me feel much better about doing a 5 minute yoga if it's all I can hack for a day! Thank you!!
I always finish this bedtime practice by blowing Adriene a kiss and saying, "Goodnight sweet girl". True story. Sweet dreams to all! 💚🙏🏻
Happy new year! This was a great way to end the first day of a new year, which I bet we were all ready for! Cursed 2020 is gone forever, yay! You should make a new year's yoga video, like a morning yoga session, it would probably get us ready for a new beginning. Stay strong everyone!
I am on day 3 of a viral bug so this was perfect and I needed a gentle, soothing practice to stretch out the aches in my body--thank you. Namaste.
Namaste.
Wonderful!
You've got over 2 million subscribers, girl!!! I'm soo proud of you and this community, we are family :) congratulations xx
Now at 5.2 million! :)
We need a Calm app meditation by you!!
Why am I always clinching my jaw when she says make sure you aren’t
Because Adriene has psychic powers apparently 😂
I love this!
I literally searched “quick bedtime yoga” and this is exactly what i needed
Just did this as cool down from other workouts. It’s so great. Thanks Adrienne!
Happy Saturday, everybody 😀
✨Aligning to bed 😴🙏
Tomorrow night, I'm trying the longer bedtime video. I needed a quickie because it's late and I have two big client meetings tomorrow. I knew if I didn't dump my anxiety somehow, I wouldn't sleep. Thanks again, Adriene!!
Day 35 done 🙏🏻
Thanks, Adriane. These videos help me to be more respectful to myself and others. I practice them every day and it feels awesome. I am always excited to meet you on the matt and listening to your voice is magic. Thanks
I love to do this the night before my exams, it helps me to sleep so much better! x
Looking for a short yoga practice before going to bed because a lot has happened for today. So grateful that this video is existing. I'm relaxed now and ready to go sleep. Thank you again, Adriene! ❤️
Good night everyone! Have a good rest. Namaste.
Confession: I did this in the morning after a wake-up shower and feeling ready to start my day! But getting my brain all calm and zen is great for slipping into a flow state for writing 😘
Reflect Day 9 🙏
December 8th, 2024
Early but perfect timing ❤
I'm doing dedicate this month (June 2021) but I have an exam the day after tomorrow and I ended up studying until very late. Instead of skipping my daily yoga (I'm close to a 6 months streak) I'm sure it I'll be good for my back and shoulders after a day on the books
Just did this on my bed and all I had to do after was scooch under the covers. Good night and thank you! Namaste 💛
Thank you! Buenos noches
Buenas noches
Very short and quick but effective! Day 17 Renew!❤😍
Had a really stressed and its so comforting to be on my bed finally doing this beautiful practice
I really needed this cuz today was so tiring for me, thank you Adriene for creating these amazing videos, I’ve really come to love yoga because of you

This little practice helps my night so much. So much
Your yoga sequences really help me balance my messy life. Though it is still a mess, i realized what's important is my attitude toward it. And i feel better every time i do some yoga with you . Keep on the good work, Adriene. Many thanks
