I felt a bit off today, so in the middle of the day I decided to start my day from the beginning. Did this amazing workout and visualised my day as if I was just woken up. Already feeling the positivity ✨
This made me so emotional.. I actually cried at the end. This is a very difficult period for me. Not only the quarantine and endless stress connected with that, but also it is the anniversary of my father's death. Plus a couple of personal problems. So what I wanted to say is that even though I am not commenting much, I appriciate your work every day and I want to thank YOU for keeping me fit and calm. Lots of love! ❤️❤️

Thank you for concentrating on low impact yoga. I'm 55 Fibromyalgia Osteoarthritis Bad knees hips shoulders I feel like my muscles just wont release anymore. I'm so tight. Painful. Lack of sleep many nights. Even if I cant do yoga. Somedays, or most of what you do... I try. I do what I can. Your inspiring. I used to be in shape before I got sick. Yes, I call it sick. Because you can get better when your sick. Keeping the faith. Namaste' 💜

I dont know how, but I was really concentrated and could watch till the end. Now I feel way more relaxed and ready for my day, thank you for that!
This was excellent. I usually can't close my eyes or look away when I do something like this because I have to be able to see what the instructor is doing, but you explained everything so well and in such a relaxing way that I didn't have to worry about whether or not I was doing it right. I have been doing this wake up routine for a month now following Centering Prayer. Usually a walk with Juno, our lab-whippet cross, follows. The three start my day centered, alert, and positive.
Such a relief in the morning..My back s been aching since 3-4 days, feeling already better after this peaceful bed stretching session.. Visualize.. Just do it.. And watch as life unfolds.. Active gratitude.. towards yourself first.. towards life…Thank you boho beautiful.. always beautiful…💫
I love this routine because all the other morning routines are so complex and harsh and jumpy. Tried to do some of them only to notice how stiff i am in the morning and getting upset how i cant do those exercises. I dont need to start my day with feeling upset! This gentle morning yoga helped me a lot and guided me back to my love for yoga. Thank you ❤
I've recently started to fall into a slump just because of lockdown and other things, so I decided to try and incorporate more yoga and meditation into my daily routine bc i lost touch with it a long time ago just because of life, and i missed it. I've also decided take care of my health holistically by trying a move veggie lifestyle and also working out. They're all things I enjoy and did before, but I just had so much going on before that i cldnt focus on these things much. I've just done this for the fourth day in a row, and wow it's honestly so helpful to just start off my day with as less stress and sad feelings as possible. I just get to feel good stretches and do them all in bed! I've accomplished something already for the day, and that gives me motivation to continue with the rest of my health focused days. Thank you for this! I feel energised and calm, so calm. I love this feeling so much! Thank you again! I'll be continuing this for definite🖤❤
