@@josephlacentra6267 I believe he said that even if you get results from doing the workouts randomly, his training is more effective if done within a structured program where your progress is monitored and workouts are consistent.

My doctor told me last week to start exercising weekly. I wanted to find a dumbbell workout so i decided to do this one, What a blast. Works very well. I'm going to add this and your low impact body workout to my weekly workouts. I wanted to do the lower body dumbbell workout but i cant cause i got bad knees and back.

65 yom having a little trouble developing back definition despite doing your great workouts. Suggestions please, should I use heavier weights ( I have a limited amount of weights) or lighter weight and speed up the reps? No, I've been working out with weights and walking/jogging for my cardio and I have lost weight since starting. I just want more definition.
Love this work out very new to lifting weights I'm aware that my left arm seems to have more muscle definition than the right which is odd as I'm right handed do you have any ideas regarding this??

Question on heavy. True it's different for all of us. Heavy enough where you almost training to failure? Too heavy you can't get through, too light you have too much left in the tank? Bent over's worry me a bit when I get to fatigue my form goes to crap! Ok to use a bench to brace and do one arm at a time?
EXACTLY so each exercise you will have to gauge what is heavy for you...30 pound bent over rows may be light for me but super heavy for you and once you breakdown form and technique....you STOP as I mention during the follow along or you go lighter...I just don't want people using the same weight over and over again as they will not get results. And as you use this workout each week, you will be able to adjust with each exercise as well

Grass fed whey protein is silly. Doesn't frigging matter if cows are grain fed or grass fed. Although much cheaper if grain fed. Some people say the fat quality is better with grass fed cows but that doesn't matter for whey protein because the fat is removed.

Nice flow to the exercises and the multiple sets were good for the overload process.
