Yes she used 12KG so I think it's about 26 pounds. But your wife should use that she can handle at first and then next time you do the workout together you can increase or decrease - Have a great workout!
Will give this a go later . Your videos got me through lockdown . In the uk we got locked down again all November. Luckily back in gym next week but your videos have been a real help

Ok I'm 30 years and I find youtubers in their 40s (I hope I didn't offend) put their heart and soul to their videos in any Niche! I see your wife trying to not laugh at some of Mr Funk's workout punchlines, I find that cute! I come from a place where we can't call you by name so I have to say Mr lol. You are both very passionate and I must say Mrs Roberts looks amazing!

I love Angela also. Now, I mostly save the videos that she is in 😆 since I’m a 52 yr old chica... I push myself more when I see her crushing it... I def love Funk too ...but mainly watch the vids with both of them.. and oooh I loved that one video he did with what he eats in a day .. he had 3 meals... he made oatmeal.. put nuts in it.... kept it simple... not all of those irritating 6 meals a day.. shoot I’m too busy for that... but I can do 3 meals. Funk maybe you can do a video on how to do intermittent fasting. Thanks
