57 year old first time coming across your channel. I liked the workout but that was the first time I ever heard of 'dead bugs'. Great movement for core AND coordination.

When I hear you say, for example, "keep your knee further away", "keep your shoulders off the ground", etc and I readjust into that proper form I can instantly feel the difference. This is some quality instruction! Thank you!
There are so many workout videos and all of them show you how easy the exercises are. Instead I like your job because it shows that it's hard for you too and this makes everything more "human" but your body speaks and says it's possible! Thanks man!

Funk is brilliant he inspired me to get of my Butt and start doing some training also I like the fact that his work outs are made for people of different age's and different abilities they definitely work I'm in good shape since doing funks work outs.

Great session. 20 mins HIIT then 10 min abs. I'm 43 and have not been able to HIIT for 7 months after an achilles rupture. This was an awesome re-entry. Feels great to sweat. Thank you Funk.
