    I am a female CrossFit athlete turning 61 this month. I've been at it for 2.5yrs. Learned a lot....however, I am in love with your videos and will be putting these workouts into my routine. You're so refreshing to me. Love it!

    Hi coach Funk. This was really challenging. I had to keep up with you coach. Me being in my early 40's had to keep going ..... otherwise it would be a shame.... I dropped from 75 to 69kgs....in 5 ,weeks. Tqs Funk. Gbu

    Love this! 3 x dumbbell HIIT a week: Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Then HIIT without weights on Tuesday/Thursday. I'm getting in shape over here in Suffolk, UK. Thanks to you Funk :-)

    This was my morning workout today and loved it! When I got to the legs part I was really struggling to keep a good technique! Thanks for this one Funk! This was my Phase 12 Day 26 workout and that means.... I have officially completed a year on your over40alpha program!     Good thing that I have to write my comment, I'm breathless. Cool workout though. Got a good sweat going so the toxins are getting out.
    I don't take heavy on legs...don't really need too, (I'm sooo fat, free leg resistance !! Woohoo!)
    Next time i'll get more, the exercices are new, the order is new and the "lack" keep my muscles a little surprised.
