This was my morning workout today and loved it! When I got to the legs part I was really struggling to keep a good technique! Thanks for this one Funk! I don't take heavy on legs...don't really need too, (I'm sooo fat, free leg resistance !! Woohoo!) Next time i'll get more, the exercices are new, the order is new and the "lack" keep my muscles a little surprised. Thank you for the workout. Keep at it everybody!!
