In this workout we are going to focus in using pull exercises, push exercises and leg exercise to target the entire body using metabolic resistance training and a set of dumbbells.
You can perform this workout at home or at the gym.

Perform Each Exercise is 45 second of work and 15 seconds rest one after the other with no rest in between = 30 Minutes

I don't take heavy on legs...don't really need too, (I'm sooo fat, free leg resistance !! Woohoo!)

Hey, I made your workout and let me give you some friendly advises:
First of all, it’s very obvious that there was no preparation for the workout.
1. I expect from a coach that he knows the weights he can handle and don’t have to switch within an exercise. You lose 5 to 10 seconds within the exercise.
2. You say to make 15 seconds break, but then you need another 8-10 to finally start the exercise. So it’s 35 seconds at least.
3. Don’t talk so much - concentrate on your exercise
So that is just my opinion as a fitness coach 🙂
Not sure if you realize that but people who use this video are actually working out and not just watching hence his coaching is very valuable and on point while unable to look at the screen. Why not actually try to work out with the video and comment after rather than sitting and criticizing. Better yet if you're an actual fitness coach why not put up some of your work out videos and show us how it's done.

This was my morning workout today and loved it! When I got to the legs part I was really struggling to keep a good technique! Thanks for this one Funk!
