I love how you are real! You show that the workout even kicks your butt. Most trainers don't show that. It makes me feel more normal that I feel like I'm going to die while doing the exercises.
@@murphyebass7837 I think 40 minutes of HIIT is enough for everyone. I'm doing 25-35 minutes every 2 days of all kinds of workouts that can be classified as HIIT, and with the right diet you can be fit, and I mean really fit. I'm in my 30s

I like the way Funk grunts & groans while pushing himself. Shows he's human. You should hear me following along! Angela really kills it though. Great form & stamina. Funk defers to her sometimes, but they're both great. And very inspiring.

Just finished the workout. I need to grab a mop and bucket to clean up my workout mat. This was insanely difficult but I managed to "Get it Done". Boo yah baby. I tried to raise my leg like Angela's in the side plank and about pulled a muscle. OMG You are incredible Angela. Thanks for kicking my butt today guys. Much LOVE
I love it when I take a break from working out for a few months - and then come back to it. Once we have been in shape and have built muscle, those muscles have memory and you can get ripped pretty quickly. 😁

Outstanding ! Just found your youtube channel today. I have been searching for quality workouts that are for real people made by real people. U have walked the walk and it is obvious . I have been trying to get back into working out just for the benefit of my own peace of mind , and the tranquility that one gets at the end of a challenging workout knowing that you have done something to help yourself be better than the day before. I just tried your 10 minute ab workout and to my surprise I was able to keep up the pace . Of course u had just finished another workout and u were talking while u were working out . I had just finished doing pushups and I'm let's just say over 60 . I'm a regular person who wants to do more and keep progressing . For me the key is not to have excuses of why something can't be done , but to come up with reasons why it will get done ! I write on a calendar that is old school. It's on the wall and I write down each time I complete a workout . I try to get 3 to 4 a week . Sometimes it just 1or 2 , but I can see it at a glance and I know that I have to get past the excuses and come up with the reasons how to get it done . Thanks from a real person who is looking for good information to become better than the day before !

What a great exercise. Did it already several times this autumn with great pleasure and a lot of sweat. Now, I'm recovering from a COVID-19 infection and this was the first longer workout I did. Its a huge motivation seeing you are sweating too. Keep up the good work!

If you’re feeling that bad during the exercise you are seriously unfit. It’s a short HIIT session ffs.
