Love this 60min workout! My left knee feels a little bit uncomfortable these days but still I want to do some exercise Glad i discover this knee friendly and long duration workout! No discomfort and just sweat ! Thank you MIZI !!!
Did this workout few days in a row - feel really good! I'm trying different workouts each day and I can say i loved Mizis workouts for the same reason as many - they are perfect for bwginners as they are doable and do not demotivate with too challenging extensive squats or lunges or burpees...after few weeks of start i feel more toned and energetic, as well as in better mood. Thank you.

С горем пополам закончила тренировку, лежу как потный труп. Думала не смогу до конца закончить после 30 минуты, но сделала до конца 🎉🎉🎉 правда, 10 минут перерывчик сделала после 30 минут. Упражнения вроде особо не тяжёлые в начале, а потом начинается все трестись, особенно ноги 🥵🫣 в целом очень хорошая тренировка, и девушка красивая и чётко делает свою работу. Попробую делать её каждый день, если результат будет напишу. Я сейчас вешу 52 кг хочу до 45 кг похудеть, питаюсь по калоражу. 감사합니다 ❤운동을 제일 좋아요 🤗 저도 대한민국에 사는 외국 사람이에요 ❤

Great full body workout, it's 30 degrees in the UK and I am sweating buckets after this.😅😅😅 Love these workouts of yours, they allow for break from squats and lunges while moving a lot and engaging all the muscles.
