day 1 - a little hard, did 15 minutes break on 20:00 minute but feel satisfaction
day 2 - a little more harder, didnt made a break and I already see changes :D
Did this workout few days in a row - feel really good! I'm trying different workouts each day and I can say i loved Mizis workouts for the same reason as many - they are perfect for bwginners as they are doable and do not demotivate with too challenging extensive squats or lunges or burpees...after few weeks of start i feel more toned and energetic, as well as in better mood.
