@@orio1987 I am now 52 kg, although I did not lose much weight, my appearance has improved dramatically. My waist is 5 cm thinner, my legs are 3 cm thinner. I am sure I would get better results if I cut out junk food, but I was on my period and that was not possible at that time 🥲

This workout is a blessing. It’s doable at the same time quite challenging as well. I sweat crazy after doing this. Can you please make more such full body video??
Day 1: Achieved! 🎉 Hey, Mizi. This is now my favorite workout. I was able to finish it and having fun at the same time. Haist. I finally found a workout that makes me excited to do it again. Praying that I can endure it until I reach my goal of losing weight from 61 kg to 47 kg. I am also doing intermittent fasting and have started my 5km walks for 2 weeks already.

Day 1, doing this set. Tired and didn't finish the last 15 minutes.. Will do again tomorrow.. But it's worth it! I like it when I'm sweating! Tips: Its okay if you can't do the set as many as Mizi's but as long u do it! N slowly! U will get there!
Today is my 1st day I've tried this work out. In the past 2 Weeks i used Mizi's other videos mainly focuses on having flat belly and arms, i did it for 1 hour a day and so far I've seen minimal results. I also go on walks during weekends for 1-2 hours. But for now, I'll try this one since this video seems a little difficult compared to the ones I've been doing before. Hopefully, this also will give me my goal which is 50kgs and I'm currently at 65kgs. Done❤ At least 4days per week, I start my morning with Mizi’s work out. Last time I tried 10mins 15 mins short video and then now I also can do it fully one hr training. Sure i got loose weight from 120 to 103lbs without any diet within around 1year.

Hi Mizi, I enjoyed this workout so much. My 6 year old daughter did abt 20 minutes of it with me and she did her own easier version as she's still learning how to coordinate her movements. I couldn't have finished it without her cheers. Lovin it! ❤

Idk my current weight but I do know I'm way over 70+kg due to depression and anxiety eating but I'm feeling way better mentally so, I'm gonna start doing this today plus eating healthier. I haven't drank soda in 3 years so that's a plus, I do drink but not as much as I used to. Well anyways I'm not gonna update every day, I'm gonna try to come back in 14 days so yeah, starting today. 💜 So I just did 41 minutes, with a few breaks, I'm hoping tomorrow I can do better.

Done I’m 10 yrs old tho and my bones were hurting after this and my mom says that I’m too small for a 1 hr workout but it won’t stop me from getting to my goal and yeah thank you so much mizi❤️❤️
It's great that you feel so motivated! A certain kind of pain after exercise feels good and makes us feel accomplished, and sometimes pain is a sign that we need to take it easy! It can be hard to be patient when we want to reach our goal, but sometimes gradual progress and rest will get us there the fastest and healthiest :) You got this!
Thank you, thank you. Really, the exercise is very nice and somewhat easy, but it was my first day and I only completed 40 minutes. I am trying to do my best in the remaining days. Since my comment got lost , I'm writing it again 😤 ! Day 1 : 7 june , 2024 Took me 1.30 hr to complete it but felt so good after that ! Day 2 : 8 june , 2024 Completed it in 1.25 hr, took small breaks in btw, I'm feeling very energetic after the workout! Day 3 : 9 june, 24 My thigh and hip muscles are so sore today🥺 so did yoga streching for 30 mins plus yoga for arms. It's a recovery day . Day 4 : 10 june,24 Completed the workout in 1.20 hr , I had no energy today and didn't wanted to even move but still pushed myself and did it. My lower body is very sore 🥺. Day 5 : 11 june, 24 Literally had no motivation to workout still did and completed it. Fighting for a healthy body ! Day 5 : 21 / 6 Completed

I am 17 years old and I weigh 84 kgs....(I am not that insecure or don't hate my figure or the way I look but I think it will be good if we are fit and toned , it's not about being beautiful but being healthy)I just want to get a toned figure in one month for an important occassion... ( And specially my arms fat , even though I am 84 kgs I dont look that fat ... It's my arms that are too flabby so I want to reduce it ) I started to do this excercise today and after doing the first 30 mints I was out of breath and could not do it more...I was sweating so much like sooo muchhh and it's the first exercise which got me this sweating, tired and out of breath !! So I am sure that this workout is really effective and will help me get the results I want....(I will be also doing some of the other workouts from MIZI itself on mornings and do this on the evening) I would like to update the results after 2 weeks( and I am planing to do it almost everyday rather than doing it for 3 days a week) I am such a lazy person so I sincerely hope that I would be able to do this and other excersise as planned for this 2 weeks.......🤞😊 Update: I am sorry that I forgot to update , due to some personal issues... And yeah I have done this for 3 weeks and got a very visible result.....was able to drop 4-5 kgs (I haven't done a proper diet too) and most importantly, my body have very visible changes.... Will continue doing this excersise till I achive my target weight Thank you
I'm 24 yrs old and I have lost 25 kg in the past few yrs so I can relate to the passion that I sense in this comment . I want you to stay consistent, don't expect much from 2 weeks, make working out a lifestyle. Also remember not to over do it and feel burdensome. Do as much as convenient so you will stick with it, and if you feel sore and don't feel like working out do yoga and streching. Build a habit of moving every single day at the same time of the day and you will surely get the results you are looking for .❤ Hope it helps 🙏🏻

I love the workout. It motivates me to finish it in 1 hour. I am more energized and fresh after the work out. But I don’t notice my weight lose yet I get better posture
first time doing such a long workout. was kinda worried but glad there was sufficient warm up and cool down time. find it paced v well overall and the movements were a good mix. :)

I make sure to finish the entire video though with breaks. Some days I take a few mins some days even longer. I really dislike burpees and the wide squat hold. But on day 5 I actually don't feel so tired. I haven't seen any weight difference yet - haven't followed any diet but I feel less tired after the workout!

I tried this yesterday its perfect! didn't sweat like this for a long time, it includes exercises for different parts of the body and I dont need to look for another video to my daily routine, this is just enough

Hi Mizi, I enjoyed this workout so much. My 6 year old daughter did abt 20 minutes of it with me and she did her own easier version as she's still learning how to coordinate her movements. I couldn't have finished it without her cheers. Lovin it! ❤

Idk my current weight but I do know I'm way over 70+kg due to depression and anxiety eating but I'm feeling way better mentally so, I'm gonna start doing this today plus eating healthier. I haven't drank soda in 3 years so that's a plus, I do drink but not as much as I used to. Well anyways I'm not gonna update every day, I'm gonna try to come back in 14 days so yeah, starting today. 💜 So I just did 41 minutes, with a few breaks, I'm hoping tomorrow I can do better.

Done I’m 10 yrs old tho and my bones were hurting after this and my mom says that I’m too small for a 1 hr workout but it won’t stop me from getting to my goal and yeah thank you so much mizi❤️❤️
This is very good, but please don't overdo it. If you feel that it is too difficult, take a break.💕
It's great that you feel so motivated! A certain kind of pain after exercise feels good and makes us feel accomplished, and sometimes pain is a sign that we need to take it easy! It can be hard to be patient when we want to reach our goal, but sometimes gradual progress and rest will get us there the fastest and healthiest :) You got this!

Thank you, thank you. Really, the exercise is very nice and somewhat easy, but it was my first day and I only completed 40 minutes. I am trying to do my best in the remaining days. My thigh and hip muscles are so sore today🥺 so did yoga streching for 30 mins plus yoga for arms.
It's a recovery day .

Completed the workout in 1.20 hr , I had no energy today and didn't wanted to even move but still pushed myself and did it.
My lower body is very sore 🥺.
Day 5 : 11 june, 24
Literally had no motivation to workout still did and completed it.

Day 2 : complete video done with 1 kg ankle strap weights on each leg 28.11.2024 ( burnt 416 kcal)

Icut mo din carbs intake mo and sugary food mas madali magbawas ng timbag.. ako 2 spoon of rice ,more vegetables and meat no fats... I drink 1 spoon of ACV and 1 spoon of lemon water diluted with big cup of water with straw depende sa kaya mo 30 mins. Before breaky..
I finished the 50mins workout and my shirt is sweat. I liked this workout because no jumping. Mizi ,Pls showed more of these workout.

I am 17 years old and I weigh 84 kgs....(I am not that insecure or don't hate my figure or the way I look but I think it will be good if we are fit and toned , it's not about being beautiful but being healthy)I just want to get a toned figure in one month for an important occassion... ( And specially my arms fat , even though I am 84 kgs I dont look that fat ... It's my arms that are too flabby so I want to reduce it )
I started to do this excercise today and after doing the first 30 mints I was out of breath and could not do it more...I was sweating so much like sooo muchhh and it's the first exercise which got me this sweating, tired and out of breath !! So I am sure that this workout is really effective and will help me get the results I want....(I will be also doing some of the other workouts from MIZI itself on mornings and do this on the evening)
I would like to update the results after 2 weeks( and I am planing to do it almost everyday rather than doing it for 3 days a week)
I am such a lazy person so I sincerely hope that I would be able to do this and other excersise as planned for this 2 weeks.......🤞😊

I am sorry that I forgot to update , due to some personal issues...
And yeah I have done this for 3 weeks and got a very visible result.....was able to drop 4-5 kgs (I haven't done a proper diet too) and most importantly, my body have very visible changes....
Will continue doing this excersise till I achive my target weight

I'm 24 yrs old and I have lost 25 kg in the past few yrs so I can relate to the passion that I sense in this comment . I want you to stay consistent, don't expect much from 2 weeks, make working out a lifestyle. Also remember not to over do it and feel burdensome. Do as much as convenient so you will stick with it, and if you feel sore and don't feel like working out do yoga and streching. Build a habit of moving every single day at the same time of the day and you will surely get the results you are looking for .❤ Hope it helps 🙏🏻

I make sure to finish the entire video though with breaks. Some days I take a few mins some days even longer. I really dislike burpees and the wide squat hold. But on day 5 I actually don't feel so tired. I haven't seen any weight difference yet - haven't followed any diet but I feel less tired after the workout!
