    One of the best - it doesn't look hard, but keeps your abs naturally tightened, you really feel the burn. Don't give up, second half is more relaxed. I finished it all and I'm sweating and feeling great. I do your exercises 6 days a week, MIZI and I lost so much weight and increased my muscular mass. I actually have a waist now. Your exercises are very effective. I had diabetes type 2, but now it is gone completely due to diet and your exercises, without taking any medicine. Thank you so much.

    Did this for the first time today. Had to pause for a water break but I completed it and was a sweaty mess. I have two frozen shoulders, a bit uncoordinated and my balance is not good so I did the best I can with my arms and went at my own pace. Great workout.

    서서하는복근운동16분짜리 5주차 식전 운동 루틴중. 똥배 허벅지안쪽살 팔뚝처진살 많이 없어짐요. 복근운동중 접히는 옆구리가 신경쓰였는데~잘~~따라할께요~!! 감사합니다~~.

    아파트에서 홈트 하려면 뛰는 동작 때문에
    하기 힘들었는데..
    MIJI님의 홈트는 뛰지 않아도 충분히
    칼로리 소모 잘 될수있어 너무 좋습니다

    2nd day finished... after my first day, ive got sore muscles on my thighs, butt, shoulders, waist.. it's mainly my thighs that hurt the most, which made today's workout so much harder

    Wow! I tried ur workout for the first time today and I love it. Arigato Mizi. It looked easy but I had to stop and take 5 mins break at 40 mins. I felt so good after completing it n glad I did it! I will continue it every day..let's see if I can loose some belly fat !

    Surprisingly harder than I thought it would be! I'm moderately in shape, so added 5 lb weights for some of the exercises, and was definitely feeling tired and sweaty by the end of the workout

    I did it but was not regular so could only lose 3 inch in waist and that too without any diet, sorry mizi it was tough for me😭 couldn't complete but would still try another one😜😜😜

    First day 34 minutes
    Second day I was tooo tired and in pain to do any thing
    Third day finish it all so proud of my self
    4th day I did your breast lift workout
    Day 6 finished this one I feel lighter and faster

    Finished this exercise today. Burned 387 calories. Can u do more kickboxing video maybe 20-30mins. The existing is about 11mins and i really love it.
