I have this habbit of soaking almonds and after reading your comments i was doubtful if I am doing right or wrong, so I did some research. As per one Article in Times of India - "Choosing between soaked and raw almonds is not just a matter of taste, but, picking the healthier option. Soaked almonds are better because the peel of almond contains tannin, which inhibits nutrient absorption. Soaking the almonds makes it easy to take off the peel, which allows the nuts to release all the nutrients easily." Soaked almonds are softer and easier to digest, which again helps in the absorption of nutrients in a better manner. I also agree to use of peanuts for their protein value. Cinnamon is one of the most commonly used spices in the world, and has been linked in various studies to improvement in cholesterol and blood sugar control, and it seems to have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Key is to use it in moderation. When we use it in measured quantity for weight loss for a limited period, it do not cause any harm. Having said that, i agree with you, any thing in excess causes harm to our body. Even water and oxygen, can harm our organs if we intake in large amounts. Yes, these are rolled Oats. You can use Banana or any other fruit suitable to your taste. In case your target is to reduce weight, then avoid Banana 🍌 and use apple or papaya.

You can add full apple, but then it will be strong apple flavor and less oats.
My recipe is balanced and healthy too. Try with full apple and 1/2 apple and decide yourself which one you like more.

Waste of 900 per kg of almonds instead go for peanuts because the only edge almonds have over peanuts is 50% vitamin e which is present in skin and we indians peel it & the cost of peanuts is 180 -200 rs

As per one Article in Times of India - "Choosing between soaked and raw almonds is not just a matter of taste, but, picking the healthier option. Soaked almonds are better because the peel of almond contains tannin, which inhibits nutrient absorption. Soaking the almonds makes it easy to take off the peel, which allows the nuts to release all the nutrients easily."
Soaked almonds are softer and easier to digest, which again helps in the absorption of nutrients in a better manner.
I also agree to use of peanuts for their protein value. Infact i have shared Oats, Apple and Peanuts Smoothie on my channel, hope you will like that. I have also shared Chocolate Smoothie, Strawberry smoothies etc. Check them out :-)

Cinnamon is one of the most commonly used spices in the world, and has been linked in various studies to improvement in cholesterol and blood sugar control, and it seems to have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Key is to use it in moderation. When we use it in measured quantity for weight loss for a limited period, it do not cause any harm.
Having said that, i agree with you, any thing in excess causes harm to our body. Even water and oxygen, can harm our organs if we intake in large amounts.
You can make this smoothie without cinnamon or as advised by your doctor.
