    Hello friends,
    Try this Super Healthy Oats Smoothie Recipe for Weight Loss that you can have in breakfst or in dinner too. It has No Milk and No Curd. You can add Honey or Chocolate Sauce to enhance the taste of this Smoothie recipe. I have not used banana which is heavy, rather u have used apple in this recipe so that it is easily to digest and not very heavy. You can add or reduce ingredients as per your taste. Try this recipe of Oats Kiwi smoothie and tell me in comments, if you like it.

      Welcome to my Channel!
      Hope you and family are fine and healthy.
      These are homemade smoothies in which we exactly know what we are using. I mean no Dairy, no fat, no sugar. What else one want :-) :-). yes, you can have this smoothie in dinner too. Just make sure not to eat anything else with it, since it is very fulfilling. Do not sleep immediately after having dinner, give some to digest it.
      Once you make it, please share your feedback. I will wait to hear back from you :-) :-)
