Dear Pheba, Welcome to my Channel! Hope you and family are fine and healthy. These are homemade smoothies in which we exactly know what we are using. I mean no Dairy, no fat, no sugar. What else one want :-) :-). yes, you can have this smoothie in dinner too. Just make sure not to eat anything else with it, since it is very fulfilling. Do not sleep immediately after having dinner, give some to digest it. Once you make it, please share your feedback.
