Poha kha kar... Car se office... Saarey din chair par baithna... Aur raat mein fir khana khaayey hi sona.. Avg poha eaters ki yahi life style hai. If u excercise daily walk 10k steps everyday then maube poha once in a while is ok.
Very informative and useful for all,even non diabetic and diabetic too.Krep your diet control, appropriate exercise atleast 15 minutes body warming and thereafter 30 minutes exercise,check your body weight every day,you should have BP machine to check your blood pressure and one glucometer is must to monitor blood sugar. Dr Tripathi as I think he is the best Diabetalogist who make us aware the basic tips that is how you can reverse your diabetes❤

Ms. Gunjan, iam having no words left how to thank you and Dr. Pramod Tripathi on diabetes reversal. Iam suffering from Type 2 diabetes since last 16 years (first detected) and iam nearing 58 years of age. Fortunately, iam on tablets (Metformin 2 mg). However, from past 2 years I was attacked by a typical skin itching issue and it was unbearable at sensitive areas of the organs. Allopathy prescribed me to use Levocet tablets which gave temporary relief (3 to 4 days) and it used to re-occur. I have watched your above video completely. I have changed my diet and the way of intake. I eat salads, vegetable, dal, roti breaking them into 4 (25% helpings) parts and in that same order. I stopped milk, intake, my rotis have come down to 4 from 8, dairy products occasional and in less than a week iam 100% free from skin itching. Doctors tips have working magically on me & my Blood Glucose is also coming down in acceptable limits. Earlier my HBA1C was in the range of 7.3. God Bless you Ms. Gunjan & Dr. Tripathi - very high respect for you. Thank you once again.

Better you take sessions from nutritionist or dietician....since monitoring is required....u can avoid protein based food ....and take black coffee good for gout ...I.e uric acid ....drink water.....add carbohydrates food .I am a nutritionist from Mumbai.....u need monitoring...if your uric acid is 7.0 and above u need medication.

Hi Gunjan...great podcast,as always...loved it Few things remained unanswered though 1. Simple carbs like rice,when mixed with daal, veggies,curds decrease the GI, thereby reducing glucose spike 2.Grains are complex carbs... they are absorbed slowly..does not spike the blood sugar immediately 3.Naked carbs like refined sugar,maida,white starch are most harmful...in Indian diet we seldom eat these things alone Ofcourse,portion control is a MUST...and I m not a fan of refined foods at all,neither of sugar Also,you didn't discuss about resistant starch theory Just a few points... otherwise it was really informative...thanks for bringing it up
Dr Tripathi has given very good information & Lifestyle modification one has to do in their day to day life. But ill not agree on one point were blood glucose of 140 or more has to worry. This pharma companies with Diabetic organisation has set all this parameters. No medication is required if someone has glucose upto 220, simple lifestyle modification will control. Nowadays statins are the main reason for elevated glucose level.
Whether you agree or you don't... Science is advancing everyday. We gave an enough patients who suffer badly with sugars above 200-220. Don't buy these theories. Go by real experience. When you see patients suffer you will understand! ❤
I am a marathoner and seldomly indulge in weight training... Walking is timepass, how loosely a dr can say this... It has helped so many to destress and perhaps absorbing good hormones... However, few insights were thoughtful 🙏

Ms. Gunjan, iam having no words left how to thank you and Dr. Pramod Tripathi on diabetes reversal. Iam suffering from Type 2 diabetes since last 16 years (first detected) and iam nearing 58 years of age. Fortunately, iam on tablets (Metformin 2 mg). However, from past 2 years I was attacked by a typical skin itching issue and it was unbearable at sensitive areas of the organs. Allopathy prescribed me to use Levocet tablets which gave temporary relief (3 to 4 days) and it used to re-occur. I have watched your above video completely. I have changed my diet and the way of intake. I eat salads, vegetable, dal, roti breaking them into 4 (25% helpings) parts and in that same order. I stopped milk, intake, my rotis have come down to 4 from 8, dairy products occasional and in less than a week iam 100% free from skin itching. Doctors tips have working magically on me & my Blood Glucose is also coming down in acceptable limits. Earlier my HBA1C was in the range of 7.3. God Bless you Ms. Gunjan & Dr. Tripathi - very high respect for you. Thank you once again.

Better you take sessions from nutritionist or dietician....since monitoring is required....u can avoid protein based food ....and take black coffee good for gout ...I.e uric acid ....drink water.....add carbohydrates food .I am a nutritionist from Mumbai.....u need monitoring...if your uric acid is 7.0 and above u need medication.

@@bbaral8137 Earlier my uric acid level was 7.5 when I consulted doctor and started taking medicine, now my uric acid level is 6.5, still I am taking medicine.

Few things remained unanswered though
1. Simple carbs like rice,when mixed with daal, veggies,curds decrease the GI, thereby reducing glucose spike
2.Grains are complex carbs... they are absorbed slowly..does not spike the blood sugar immediately
3.Naked carbs like refined sugar,maida,white starch are most harmful...in Indian diet we seldom eat these things alone
Ofcourse,portion control is a MUST...and I m not a fan of refined foods at all,neither of sugar
Also,you didn't discuss about resistant starch theory
Just a few points... otherwise it was really informative...thanks for bringing it up

Dr Tripathi has given very good information & Lifestyle modification one has to do in their day to day life. But ill not agree on one point were blood glucose of 140 or more has to worry. This pharma companies with Diabetic organisation has set all this parameters. No medication is required if someone has glucose upto 220, simple lifestyle modification will control. Nowadays statins are the main reason for elevated glucose level.
Whether you agree or you don't... Science is advancing everyday. We gave an enough patients who suffer badly with sugars above 200-220.
Don't buy these theories.
Go by real experience. When you see patients suffer you will understand! ❤
