My height is 60 inch Or 5 feet , weight is 62 Kg but waist circumference 1 inch below naval is almost 40. I am working towards my fat loss and this video had inspired me further.
As a doctor I suggest Indian my country men that eat mutton, eggs, chicken and fish. These all have very very little glycemic load, hardly 2 to 3 per 100 gram and you will not feel hungry 4 to 6 hours. You can take 50 gram roti or rice and lot of salad. Take one meal of fruits also with low glycemic load.

Dr. Tipathi treat patients i have seen, wonderful treatment They start with IF and duration extended beyond 24 hours. Even patient slowly can live without food i. E fasting even for 72 hours. Difficult but bp, diabetes Thyroid etc. Gone. 25 kg reduce.
Very nice podcast! I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes just 3 months ago, and I am 31! A little you covered about how it generally happens was a little relief, coz even in my case, there is no genetic history. I am looking for a diet plan to manage this. At this stage, I am able to manage with minimal insulin. Maybe it's not on its peak. I hope there will be some discussions on type 1 and how to efficiently manage this!

I have reversed my type 2 diabetes.. eat less eat healthy don’t eat late at night don’t smoke and drink try to live stress free life and do yoga and breathing exercise everyday

Dr Tripathi has given very good information & Lifestyle modification one has to do in their day to day life. But ill not agree on one point were blood glucose of 140 or more has to worry. This pharma companies with Diabetic organisation has set all this parameters. No medication is required if someone has glucose upto 220, simple lifestyle modification will control. Nowadays statins are the main reason for elevated glucose level.
Whether you agree or you don't... Science is advancing everyday. We gave an enough patients who suffer badly with sugars above 200-220. Don't buy these theories. Go by real experience. When you see patients suffer you will understand! ❤

Very informative and useful for all,even non diabetic and diabetic too.Krep your diet control, appropriate exercise atleast 15 minutes body warming and thereafter 30 minutes exercise,check your body weight every day,you should have BP machine to check your blood pressure and one glucometer is must to monitor blood sugar. Dr Tripathi as I think he is the best Diabetalogist who make us aware the basic tips that is how you can reverse your diabetes❤

Hi Gunjan...great podcast,as always...loved it Few things remained unanswered though 1. Simple carbs like rice,when mixed with daal, veggies,curds decrease the GI, thereby reducing glucose spike 2.Grains are complex carbs... they are absorbed slowly..does not spike the blood sugar immediately 3.Naked carbs like refined sugar,maida,white starch are most harmful...in Indian diet we seldom eat these things alone Ofcourse,portion control is a MUST...and I m not a fan of refined foods at all,neither of sugar Also,you didn't discuss about resistant starch theory Just a few points... otherwise it was really informative...thanks for bringing it up

I was in 77 batch it's very good but the thing is I could maintain though I lost weight from 105 to 88 .I couldn't continue due to other situations ..went to the US ..no gym ,no walk .. nothing ..I bounced Back withiin 6 months .From one year I am trying to follow and lost 7 kgs .now I am 98.5 ..but freedom from diabetes is very ..viewers plz follow exactly what ever he is telling followed by very very moderate exercise. ..He is excellent ...

Better you take sessions from nutritionist or dietician....since monitoring is required....u can avoid protein based food ....and take black coffee good for gout ...I.e uric acid ....drink water.....add carbohydrates food .I am a nutritionist from Mumbai.....u need monitoring...if your uric acid is 7.0 and above u need medication.

It has been an experience to be with Dr. Pramod Tripathis FFD program...has helped me immensely...
Dr Tripathi has given very good information & Lifestyle modification one has to do in their day to day life. But ill not agree on one point were blood glucose of 140 or more has to worry. This pharma companies with Diabetic organisation has set all this parameters. No medication is required if someone has glucose upto 220, simple lifestyle modification will control. Nowadays statins are the main reason for elevated glucose level.
Whether you agree or you don't... Science is advancing everyday. We gave an enough patients who suffer badly with sugars above 200-220.
Don't buy these theories.
Go by real experience. When you see patients suffer you will understand! ❤
*Must* must watch for nondiabetics prediabetics or diabetics.

Very informative and useful for all,even non diabetic and diabetic too.Krep your diet control, appropriate exercise atleast 15 minutes body warming and thereafter 30 minutes exercise,check your body weight every day,you should have BP machine to check your blood pressure and one glucometer is must to monitor blood sugar.

Few things remained unanswered though
1. Simple carbs like rice,when mixed with daal, veggies,curds decrease the GI, thereby reducing glucose spike
2.Grains are complex carbs... they are absorbed slowly..does not spike the blood sugar immediately
3.Naked carbs like refined sugar,maida,white starch are most harmful...in Indian diet we seldom eat these things alone
Ofcourse,portion control is a MUST...and I m not a fan of refined foods at all,neither of sugar
Also,you didn't discuss about resistant starch theory
Just a few points... otherwise it was really informative...thanks for bringing it up

I was in 77 batch it's very good but the thing is I could maintain though I lost weight from 105 to 88 .I couldn't continue due to other situations ..went to the US ..no gym ,no walk .. nothing ..I bounced Back withiin 6 months .From one year I am trying to follow and lost 7 kgs .now I am 98.5 ..but freedom from diabetes is very ..viewers plz follow exactly what ever he is telling followed by very very moderate exercise. ..He is excellent ...

Better you take sessions from nutritionist or dietician....since monitoring is required....u can avoid protein based food ....and take black coffee good for gout ...I.e uric acid ....drink water.....add carbohydrates food .I am a nutritionist from Mumbai.....u need monitoring...if your uric acid is 7.0 and above u need medication.
