I made exactly same oats with Almond s and walnuts, and use 2 soft Iranian dates for sweetness. I soak oats with flex seeds in skimmed milk prior to cooking.Yummyyyy

It would be really helpful if u could make some videos on what healthy can one eat in winters as I’m really looking and searching for those recipes and I found ur channel and recipes the best so far. I made this smoothie today, didn’t have amla n dates…replace dates with raisins, added 1/2 tsp of peanut butter ,1/2 cup soy milk and still tasted good.it’s filling 😊
