I made this smoothie today, didn’t have amla n dates…replace dates with raisins, added 1/2 tsp of peanut butter ,1/2 cup soy milk and still tasted good.it’s filling 😊

I made exactly same oats with Almond s and walnuts, and use 2 soft Iranian dates for sweetness. I soak oats with flex seeds in skimmed milk prior to cooking.Yummyyyy

Please make some videos on recipes for winter season (healthy winter recipes) because in winters a lot of us and parents and elders consume ghee butter heavy food in winters which may lead to obesity and other health issues especially in winters and this is one of the leading cause of deaths in winters. It would be really helpful if u could make some videos on what healthy can one eat in winters as I’m really looking and searching for those recipes and I found ur channel and recipes the best so far. Can you provide different recipes for kidney patients
Can we soak the oats in water and dates overnight and then eat them with milk, cinnamon, peanut butter, chia seeds, flax seeds and fruits in the morning?
If you tried it let me know! I know chia is apparently very good so I wouldn't see why not and cinnamon plus penut butter adds more protein
