    This week I am filming a series of reels to showcase each step on The One2One Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan.
    Yesterday I started with step 1B and today is step 2! This is actually the step I did to lose all my weight back in 2013. I stuck to it 100% and lost 3 stone in 10 weeks.
    Step 2 is great for people to start on if they want the fast results but still have the flexibility to eat conventional food alongside the products. The allowable foods list is in the steps booklet that you’ll receive when you start plan.Please contact me to have a to have a full medical consultation before starting plan and I can advise which step is suitable for you 💕
    Step 2 is 3 meal replacement products plus a 200 cal meal of protein and veg/salad. You can choose any meal replacement products you want from a huge range of porridges, soups, shakes, smoothies, savoury meals, bars, bites and snacks.

      Not at all! Nutritionally complete meal replacement, very different to just eating 800 cals of conventional food.
