Hi I’m Gemma Renwick, I have been a consultant now for 8 years and maintaining my 3 stone for 7.5 years but gained about a stone during lockdown! I wanted to do a weekly vlog to show you what the One2One Diet entails and what its like to be on plan.
The highs and the lows - keeping it real!
I started step 2 on Tuesday 4th May 2021. This is my 5th week on plan, I moved up to step 3 to allow for a couple of planned “off plan” events i had in the diary.
