Do you ever have the latte iced? i love a vanilla iced coffee but wondering how to make it - how your ninja doesnt explode on you daily with it being hot is some form of luck mines popped about 5 times now haha xx
Yes in the summer it’s lovely iced! I add the coffee granules first with a tiny bit of boiling water. Then top with water from the fridge and a few ice cubes. Add the shake and then blitz. It’s lovely!
I add 200mls cold water before the boiling water when I’m making it hot. And blitz for 5 secs only before opening it quickly before the steam builds up!

Well surely that depends on the climate you live in? If your house is 40 degrees celcius the chocolate is going to melt, denature and become unpleasant. In a hot climate you store the chocolate in the fridge and it very quickly comes to room temp, really it's a debate over nothing and I'm amazed people get so angry in the comments lol.

It changes most days to be honest I don’t really calorie count much anymore. But definitely over indulge at the weekends x

No definitely not! It’s been the most incredible thing I ever did and I’ve been doing it full time for 11 years and mentoring 100s of others along the way. The one2one is a reputable brand and has been going now over 40 years x

That's not maintenance. This is WAY to low in calories.
I usually have more. I went through a stage of having around 1500 Monday to Friday and closer to 2500 at the weekends. Averaging out at 1800 a day

This is what more people need to realise! you can have a late breakfast and an early dinner with a late night snack. You don't need to eat just because it's "that time"!

Congrats for losing 3 stone (about 19 kgs right?), how long did it take you? I also lost about 3 stone but it took me a long time (1 year and 3 months)! Your food looks really good!

Yeah I do need some more fruit but don’t really like it… I don’t mind berries so I have that with yoghurt sometimes x
@@_gemmarenwick I don't gravitate to fruit, never have (when I was a baby I pushed apples away for carrots!) and so I asked a dietitian and she told me (after she got back to me to research) that the only nutrient I would be missing would be found in blue and purple fruit. So I keep dried figs in the pantry, frozen blueberries in the freezer, and enjoy black plums and blackberries when they are in season.

Not at all! Nutritionally complete meal replacement, very different to just eating 800 cals of conventional food.

Just wondering do you drink a decaf or regular tea at night? If i drank a normal one i don't think i would be able to sleep! It does sound good having a tea with a bar at night!😊
