    This week I am filming a series of reels to showcase each step on The One2One Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan.
    On Tuesday I started with step 1B, yesterday was step 2 and today is step 3!
    Step 3 is great for people that either have a very high BMI, a medial condition/medication that requires a higher step or for those wanting to exercise alongside plan. It’s also a very very important part of the stabilisation phase and working up the steps. It is essentially the start of the process to reverse diet out of the plan into long term maintenance 👏🏻
    On step 3, you’ll still have 2 meal replacement products but also have the flexibility to eat 600cals of conventional food alongside. There is a food list with calories as a guide is in the steps booklet that you’ll receive when you start plan. But with step 3, you can choose what you have for your calories. Today you can see I split mine into 2 meals - 200 cals for lunch and 400 cals for dinner.

    As with all the steps, you can choose any meal replacement products you want from a huge range of porridges, soups, shakes, smoothies, savoury meals, bars, bites and snacks.
