Out of all of SPM’s open threads and mysteries, Tipton was always the one I wanted more elaboration on. She’s basically stagnated at the start of a character arc we’ll probably never get to see, if there was anywhere for a post-game mini story ala Pokémon XY to happen, it’d be with Tipton I think
@@PiantapediaYT actually el piantisimo has three apearences: his first one is in the legend of zelda OOT where hes the post man that always outruns you.
@@bennel3588 if Diddy Kong (a character made for the DKC series) can appear in Mario Party and the sports games, then there’s no reason Captain Syrup (a character made for the Wario Land series) can’t either
There's definitely few Mario characters as forgotten as your opponents in Wario's Woods for the SNES. Nintendo has never re-released that version of the game (only the NES one) and they're from a mode that's not the main one. The only characters I've seen commonly brought up from that title are Aqualea (because, well, she's a mermaid, and everyone loves mermaids) and Sarissa (who's essentially a prototype Ashley and has a pretty infamous line about liking players who respect women... which angers Toad for some reason)
I wish Pianmisso would make a return, he was one of the more interesting racers. It’d be cool if he showed up as the racer in most games as a race rival.
Before the Mario movie arrived I would have said that Foreman Spike was forgotten. I would say that Donkey Kong Jr (father of the current Donkey Kong the third) and Bowser's blue brother from Super Mario Bros The Lost Levels.
I thought about Stanley from Donkey Kong 3 going against Bowser's blue brother. I like him being blue better than being green. Super Mario All-Stars made Bowser's brother be green, which can be confusing with Bowser, concerning that he's green, but I think I did read they were different shades of green, but it still confuses me. I did read some people believe the Dry Bowser is Bowser's brother, but I think we do not have any proof if that's true or not. Stanley is another forgotten Mario character.
I always love the humans from the Camelot Mario Sports games, they all have unique traits and interesting dialogue. My favorite outside of Plum, is the Power Tour Doubles Partner, because he/she have quite a bit of funny interactions with the player character.
Please make a sequel focusing on Captain Syrup, Wart, Tatanga, Koopa Kid, Donkey Kong Jr., Stanley, and a character so obscure that you need a time machine to travel all the way back to 1986’s version of Japan to see, and that’s “Fake Bowser (Blue)” a.k.a. Bowser’s Brother.
Some characters I did not know about before. Never knew about Tiptron. Great video subscribed a few days ago keep up the good work man! And I'd love a video about Paper Mario characters, that would be cool to see down the road.
Wanna know who I forgot about until now? Those cops from the opening of Mario Power Tennis. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were robots built by E. Gadd.
There’s a good reason why I forgot about Seadrick & his cousins. Because they are ANOYINGGGGG! Every time you meet up with one of them, it’s like a 5-minute sequence of mashing A while they just keep enforcing the same joke over and over again. All while playing that music that breaks my speakers!
The Cragnon chapter is my LEAST favorite part of Super Paper Mario. Flint was the most annoying NPC in the game to me, slightly edging out Squirps from the space chapter and Luvbi from the afterlife chapter.
However, being so utterly HATEABLE at least meant they weren't FORGETTABLE. I may not have thought they were hilarious like Francis, but they also weren't just "say something generic then become an item that says nothing forever" like the Pixls outside Tippi and Tiptron.
@@crinklyonion1410 Edging out is different from edging to. It is Flint who was edging out Squirps and Luvbi alike by managing to be marginally more annoying than either of them.
2:57 No it wouldn’t, Bowser Jr. became Shadow Mario thanks to the bandanna, not the paint brush so then how could Piantissimo become Shadow Mario without the bandanna?
I'm not sure if that's entirely correct tbh. He does take his bandana off when showing his real face, but that doesn't mean the bandana makes him Shadow Mario. The bandana also appears in other games where he doesn't transform

What if he was born in the Mushroom Kingdom, banished to Brooklyn, and then came back? In Yoshi’s New Island Bowser goes back in time to defat Yoshi, so it’s not a huge stretch to say he could have gone back and sent the Mario Bros. to Brooklyn before they could remember ever living in the Mushroom Kingdom.
