    I highly recommend watching complete video for explaination but here is the list of these exercises:
    1. Behind the neck shoulder press
    2. Behind the neck lat pulldown
    3. Shoulder front raises
    4. Across the bench wrist curls
    5. Close grip upright rowing

      Dev Baisoya Dev this is problem in we desis. kisiko bhi rolemodelbanadetehai. yeh poora steroid pe tha. look at his structure he is ugly short bald. hair cosmetic surgery. did u see his video he bought fake supplements. he promoted beef also clearly saying ut gas full amino plus protein best sour e for body building. Dev ek taxidriver gurumann ne lagaa chuna. ab yeh kagarahahai. just zoom and lok at his hair face and structure.

      Shaktimaan SHAKTIMAAN :ghasitaraam ..there is a relation.Civil Engineering and Biomechanics ( 😊talk to any physiotherapist about shear stress😆 on joints ) use the same principles of statics and dynamics .

    I also used to have that tak tak problem in my wrist whenever I did upright rows. Then it started paining. Then I realised that is this exercise is not for me.

      Sayan Bhakat totally agree with ya fella if u have this bubble shot sound again which basically happens to power arm leave heavy pulling for a while n after workout put your hand till the joint in warm bearable water and use voline n tie it with garm patti but not to tight till u feel that its Good now

    i agree avoid behind the neck presses exercises, wrist curls you can do motor cycle curls and straight bar rotating curls by wrist, upright rowing the tip is good or you grab dumbell and while moving dumbell upwards you can externally rotate your elbows that will be fine, front raises are optimum for upper chest ingaging muscles. we should take care of your muscles group if we find something uncertain in any movement change it

    I do upright rows with very light weights and slow negatives only after a full shrug training for max hypertrophy. that is safer I think. you are bang on about the behind the neck military press. I used to do it but then when I started maxing on the pull ups, I could feel a sharp pain on the left rotator. had to go off pull ups for a month. front raises with tyre weights are safer for the wrists and cuffs. I hoped that you would speak about neck workouts too but I guess they were an obvious no no.

    Very nice video. I have been training for many years, totally agree with you. I have stopped doing these exercise for years now not because I had scientific reasons but these exercises were causing pain, discomfort or inflation. I have missed exercises for months due to injuries do then used common sense and started avoiding these ex causing discomfort. Good job Gaurav. Keep it up like the seriousness of your videos. your ​channel has made a name as a practical channel for serious exercisers and not surfers. 2 lakh subs soon all the best.

Mai itne din se behind the neck pull up karta tha back k liye, ab se nhi karunga...Aur aap ne sab se achhi baat ye kahi k fourarms k liye koi exercise nhi chahiye, ye mai v maanta hu aur skip karta hu... Kyu k mujhe lagta hai k hum jo v exercise karte hai fourarms pe wo preasure create hota hai...Thanks for the video...

    Gaurav i have seen all your videos and liked them very much...i have rectified many mistakes which i have been doing in past....i tried to change some exersices and i found benefitted....i am trying to do exercises the way you have shown...the gym i am engage it does not have butterfly machine to do upper,middle and lower chest in one go which you have shown in one of your video...therefore i kindly request you to upload one video to do the same in cable if it is possible...i am following you everyday on FitmuscleTV...you are doing a great job and helping the newcomers to shape their body in right way and direction by providing them the correct information...we always feel you with us.....thanks

    Very informative. Thanks a lot. My trainer asks me to do back neck lats, cycle throwing & front raise. I dont understand the concept of cycle throwing. But i will definately stop other exersises

    Another wonderful video. Really love your content. There is a lot of actual information and a lot less "gyaan". I have a few requests though : 1) do a video about how you got your current physique, share your plan when you started, what incremental steps you took to burst through plateaus and your current schedule, thus will help many guys put together a long term road map for their own fitness goals. 2)a video on mobility and flexibility work 3) developing routines for weight training 4)more Desi "nuskhe" please, these get your younger audience an immediate credibility boost with their folks..

    Big muscle tv :I have practically experienced what you explained .
    I tried behind the neck shoulder press and exactly same thing happened to me when I did the press with 80kg (I earlier tried with 70 kg and I easily did 10-12 reps) .
    But suddenly my right shoulder joint twisted . Although I pulled that up and tried again but same thing happened . it was strange thing in which just 10 kg made so much difference .

    Hi
    My age is 27, height is 5. 7", but my weight is 45kg only. Please suggest me specific exercises and food, food supplements to increase my weight.
    And during dumbell front raises and dumbell triceps, I got injured my left shoulder. Now I have stopped exercising. But whenever I move my left hand there is lots of pain.
    What would you suggest?

    For forearms,Farmer's walks and static loading with heavy weights works for me.
    But normally, if you do some serious deadlifts,rows & sqauts your forearms shall be quite impressive already.
