I also used to have that tak tak problem in my wrist whenever I did upright rows. Then it started paining. Then I realised that is this exercise is not for me.
Sayan Bhakat totally agree with ya fella if u have this bubble shot sound again which basically happens to power arm leave heavy pulling for a while n after workout put your hand till the joint in warm bearable water and use voline n tie it with garm patti but not to tight till u feel that its Good now keep rocking n keep lifting fellla #Kuwar_Abhitabh
i agree avoid behind the neck presses exercises, wrist curls you can do motor cycle curls and straight bar rotating curls by wrist, upright rowing the tip is good or you grab dumbell and while moving dumbell upwards you can externally rotate your elbows that will be fine, front raises are optimum for upper chest ingaging muscles. we should take care of your muscles group if we find something uncertain in any movement change it
I do upright rows with very light weights and slow negatives only after a full shrug training for max hypertrophy. that is safer I think. you are bang on about the behind the neck military press. I used to do it but then when I started maxing on the pull ups, I could feel a sharp pain on the left rotator. had to go off pull ups for a month. front raises with tyre weights are safer for the wrists and cuffs. I hoped that you would speak about neck workouts too but I guess they were an obvious no no.
Very nice video. I have been training for many years, totally agree with you. I have stopped doing these exercise for years now not because I had scientific reasons but these exercises were causing pain, discomfort or inflation. I have missed exercises for months due to injuries do then used common sense and started avoiding these ex causing discomfort. Good job Gaurav. Keep it up like the seriousness of your videos. your channel has made a name as a practical channel for serious exercisers and not surfers. 2 lakh subs soon all the best.

I tried behind the neck shoulder press and exactly same thing happened to me when I did the press with 80kg (I earlier tried with 70 kg and I easily did 10-12 reps) . But suddenly my right shoulder joint twisted . Although I pulled that up and tried again but same thing happened . it was strange thing in which just 10 kg made so much difference .

Hi My age is 27, height is 5. 7", but my weight is 45kg only. Please suggest me specific exercises and food, food supplements to increase my weight. And during dumbell front raises and dumbell triceps, I got injured my left shoulder. Now I have stopped exercising. But whenever I move my left hand there is lots of pain. What would you suggest?
For forearms,Farmer's walks and static loading with heavy weights works for me. But normally, if you do some serious deadlifts,rows & sqauts your forearms shall be quite impressive already.

i mean...a 2-3 min sprint..post heavy squats?
I am not a proffessional or anything, but if u can run just to free ur legs, not a sprint as that might make u feel tired
