Sir i had some back injury i did yoga for 11 years i still do yoga everymorning and i do exercise daily laat 7 years naturally. I developed every part but i couldnt get abs my abdominal is flat there is no fat but i couldnt complete my fitness till i couldnt get abs please suggest some exercise of abs i am in great need of abs exercises.
sir, not able to lift more weights in this which I doubt will hinder the muscle gain as it is told that lifting heavy increases muscle mass and also please guide for some alternate biceps excercise as well which can be done on alternate bicep day. Thanks
