Summary:- 1.Calves, always train towards end of the workout. 2.Work your abs before back and leg workout, gives more core stability. 3.Don't train triceps before training shoulder and chest. 4.Don't train biceps before back muscles. 5.Perform rowing exercises before pull exercises while training back in order to fatigue your back before biceps and feel that pump in back. 6.Perform traps towards end of the workout. 7.Perform deadlift after rowing movements as your lower back and posterior chain muscle gets fatigued during deadlift and you may not able to perform at rowing exercisea at max. 8.Don't train hamstring and back on the same day.
I always do my Dead Lifts as the 1st exercise simply because I want Compound Movements to be my priority. I can manage a little lower weights in rowing exercises - i make up for it as warm up exercises before the Biceps day.

Recently I trained my biseps before back. after that, When I started training back, my arms were engaging too much and eventually they fatigue, before completion of workout. I did ain't know the reason but thanks to you sir.
