smoothie: 60g oats, 400ml water / milk, 100g blueberries(or any berries), 1 banana, 1.5x serving protein powder (because why not more protein)
peanut butter brownie: 60g oats soaked in water, 30g peanut butter, 1.5x serving protein powder, 1 banana, add chocolate sauce if u want
omelette: 2 whole eggs with 2 egg whites(or just whites), 60g mushrooms and 42g ham(both optional), 2xslices of bread, 30g cheese
burrito: 50g potato, 2 eggs(or whites), 1 large tortilla, 100g cooked beef, 30g cheese, half an avocado.

Tip for the burrito. Once you roll your burrito put it in a ripping hot pan or sandwich press for 1 minute seam side down to crisp the tortilla. This gives the burrito more structural integrity and means they hole together if you freeze and reheat them.

You can also make an omelette in the oven by covering a pan with baking paper and then spraying it with oil, put the eggs in, then your ham, mushrooms and whatever else you enjoy and letting it cook at 180C° for about 16 minutes, you can tell when it is done by looking at how dry the edges are, I find this method a lot less messy than frying

Skinny guy tryna bulk right now, and watching your videos like this has been a huge help. I’ve always struggled deciding what to eat thats on the healthier side but has a lot of calories. The last 2 will give you a long and steady flow of energy and keeps you full for 4-6 hours.

About the mushroom prep, one important thing is to throw them on the pan without any kind of fat initially. Zero. Nada. The mushrooms would just soak the fat/oil up into the spaces between its filaments, and you may end up adding more than you really needed to get it browned.
So let them grill on medium heat until they have released all of their water (which you can reserve to make an awesome mushroom sauce), then you can add in a little bit of whatever fat fits your macros to get a bit of browning and flavor.

    26g of chia seeds
1 cup or 240ml of Fairlife Milk (i use the ultra-filtered fat free one so I can add stuff to it)
1 full scoop of whatever protein powder you like the one I use is 140 cal per scoop.
Nets to about: 33g of carbs, 47g of protein, 15g of fat. Plenty of room to add whatever you want to increase other macros.

Thanks Daddy Noel, I never really have an Idea what to eat, and end up just making a normal protein shake, which gets boring. Much Love from Germany ❤️

Hey noel, you motivate me a lot, going to the gym regularly and doing extremely good even though I'm not much experienced. How many meals per day do you recommend?
Anyway, Thanks a lot as always❤

I like to use Skyr in my smoothies in addition to whey protein powder to get a thicker consistancy. I like them thick.

3:13 - RECIPE: In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs (4 whole eggs), add ham or other meat that I like and white cheese (cow, beef or sheep). I stir and pour into the pan. I stir constantly until the eggs are concise, then they are ready
