You'll have a much easier time rolling tortillas if you warm them up first. Even a quick 7-10 seconds in the microwave does wonders, but a quick toss in a hot dry pan works just as well. When they're cold, tortillas are much more stiff, as well as brittle and prone to breaking.
@@brandenlikesbeer well, not everyone uses tortillas in home cooking on a regular basis, so although this makes logical sense I also just learned this from OP's comment :,)
Eating this for about two months. Making a third batch now. Only swap was switched to taco spices instead of the sausage flavor (which was really good too). Your recipes continue to impress and have a positive impact
In addition to what a previous commenter mentioned about warming the tortillas. Placing them fold side down in a really hot pan helps to seal them, and also give them some crispy brown flavor.
Thanks for the great recipe. I swapped the turkey out for chicken breast mince, replaced half the eggs with egg whites and used low carb tortillas and got them down to 214cal with 18.5g protein, 8.2g carbs and 9.8g fat. They are super delicious, quick, and refreshing break from oats and helping to fulfill my protein requirements with whole foods rather than powder. I’m a tourist in snack city and looking to become a permanent resident.
I buy 3lb of chicken breast that I put into my food processor and grind up myself. I add that to 3ld ground turkey mix it all together then break down into 6 -1lb packages. That help cut down the fat from the turkey but still allows for some fat because the chicken is very lean and much drier. Even though the pandemic is virtually over there are still a lot of item that haven't come back onto shelves for some reason. Turkey/chicken sausages are still in very short supply where I live so this recipe will help me out.

This is a game changer man. I seriously can’t commend you enough for providing easy and efficient meals to make. I just saved this video last week and made it today (I hardly cook so this is impressive). This stops me from going to Dunkin’ Donuts or starving myself every morning. Please never stop!
wild to me how people have 2 options in their head, eat out or starve. when your parents cooked for you as a kid they didnt have to get a college degree in stovetop science. it really is easy and cheap. stop thinking its hard in any way. I promise you being broke or dealing with malnutrition is way "harder" than cooking and eating 3 meals a day like you're SUPPOSED to.
Just made these with ground pork and added a drizzle of sriracha. More tasty than a $5 drive through breakfast burrito and insanely convenient for whenever I'm feeling snackish. Thanks!
Where can you get breakfast burritos from a drive thru? I literally never go to the fake "Mexican" food places like Taco Bell, is that the type of place you mean? Haven't been to a Taco Bell since sometime 20+ years ago, and never had any interest to try any of their competitors. The only premade breakfast burritos I'm aware of are the frozen ones from a store.
@@yearginclarkeLmao the taco bell breakfast burrito with sausage egg cheese and hash brown was good asf when i worked there although i wouldn’t spend my money on it
I've been doing these for months now, I tweaked them a bit to my tastes by using pablano peppers instead of green, added air fried tater tots, told the spinach to play in the road, just use pork sausage because I'm lazy, and wrap them in foil before freezing. Then freezer to air fryer, 385 for 27 minutes while i get my morning workout in. Thanks for giving me the idea, it's really helped keep me on track
@@renji6461 blandness probably. You could deal with that a bit, but they're still just not palatable for some people. I mean, it's food, that's always down to personal taste
As an international viewer from eastern Europe the usage of metric and acknowledging the difficulty of finding certain American ingredients has won me over completely.
I just made these the other day and I absolutely love them. They are a little heavy on the zip for me though, so I'll be reducing the pepper on the next round. Most years I have my own vegetable garden, which would have been really nice for this. Unfortunately, that didn't work out this year and I ended up spending over $30 CAD to make these. Seriously, the peppers alone were over $7. The turkey was $8. I used the 7 inch tortillas and got 26 burritos using a large scoop to portion them equally. So just just over $1 a wrap isn't bad and they are significantly better than what you used to get at McDonald's for that price. I made these so my kids can have a heartier breakfast that doesn't require any effort from me in the morning. The whole batch will be gone in 2 weeks, but it's worth it. Thank you!
Dude you completely changed my meal prep since I found your channel 2 weeks ago. Great taste, easy to make and very affordable. You help me overcome my food ordering addiction. Thank you so much for all these incredible meal prep videos
Tried this recipe yesterday, used what I could get, so ground chicken thighs, 6 eggs instead of 8 and cooked rice instead of the hash browns. I am sure you can also add beans in the mixture if you need to have it more nutritious. I wrapped it individually in a transparent food cling film. Worked perfectly! Just made em. They turned out excellent. I can't get turkey or breakfast sausage where I live so I just used beef instead. I twinked the seasoning a bit and it came out great. I plan to eat two a day for lunch. Thanks again sir for the tips and recipe.
You probably won't ever see my comment, but I wanted to thank you for making this video. I have been trying to cook more often lately and do more meal prep, both for my health and to get better food for the money I am spending. Yet finding recipes that are good and/or easy to make is difficult. I just made these burritos, and they turned out excellently even though I somewhat eye-balled the amount of seasonings (I need to get a proper scale or measuring devices). I fit 12 of them into 2 freezer gallon bags and ate another 3 of them (I was very hungry), drained as much air as I could without having a vacuum seal, and put them away. I especially appreciate you having an easy link to the written version of the recipe so I could follow along with that to actually make the food after watching the video to get an idea of the overall process. Thanks. I'll see if there are any other good recipes on your channel that might be worth taking a look at. I hope to do meal prep at least couple of times a week moving forward.
Been a subscriber to your meal prep manual for a little bit now, and I just gotta say. I love and really appreciate the fact that you measure everything in grams. I wish more youtube chefs did this, it makes cooking for me at least so much easier, and I feel everything turns out better as well.
Made the firecracker beef and brussels, blueberry lemon baked oatmeal and popcorn chicken last Monday and I gotta say these recipes are all phenomenal.
The firecracker beef and Brussels is a real winner. I ate it every day for like two months straight and never got sick of it! In fact, I might make it again for next weeks meal prep 😁

I start my 2nd year of uni in September and ill have my own kitchen area. Last year was a mess of takeaways and unplanned meals so I'm definitely going to be using these meal preps to fill my freezer and plan my meals. It will make life so easy.
Yup also here because i start college in September and i have 7 roommates so the already small kitchen gets very messy crowded and no one has time to do their meals , this will def be a life saver . Now that u are going to your second year , are there any tips or advice for a first year?

Feedback time! I made these today for the first time, and also as my first meal prep ever. Here are some stats: Duration: 2h (limited by 2 busted fingers, especially in the veg cutting and rolling part) from clean and empty countertop to clean and empty countertop. Result: 18 overfilled Burritos, could've stretched it a bit more. Recipe changes: - 600gr ground chicken (only 300gr packages available, and we don't get a lot of turkey over here, plus I like chicken) - Green, red AND yellow pepper (almost exclusively available as a 3pack) - No rubbed sage. Can't find that around here, at least not for an acceptable price. - 200gr spinach. Again, limited by the packaging size. - 225 gr chopped up frozen French fries as a replacement for hashbrowns, since those definitely don't exist over here. Bit more because I reacted slowly. - 16 9-ish inch tortillas (2 packs of 8), 2 larger ones. I could've easily stretched the filling to fill 3 packs of 8 tortillas. Gotta say: So far, so good. Prep was easy, and went by quickly. Nothing worse than a recipe that has you standing around for 30 minutes, this one just keeps you busy so time flies by (except for the cooldown of course). I tasted the filling from time to time, and it's extremely flavorful, I'm very curious to see how the burritos are after reheating. Rolling also worked very good, I only ever rolled tortillas, I never folded them in. This definitely works a lot better and even saves space in the baking tray. After I've had some, I'll update this comment on the taste, how well the wet towel trick worked (never tried that), and my results on different microwave wattages. 60-75 seconds in the microwave is all well and good, but my microwave has settings from 180W to 1000W, so a minute on either of those gives very different results. Thanks for providing this recipe, I'm looking forward to trying out more recipes in the future. EDIT: Second update after eating them for almost 2 weeks. I've had one or two of these every single day since I wrote this comment, and I'm already shopping for the next batch of ingredients to make them again. I guess that should be an indicator of how good they are. I also promised an update on how reheating worked for me: I put mine in a soaking wet paper towel. I'm not sure if it's the difference between American and Dutch paper towels, but a damp one didnt work as well for me. I also put them in for about 4 minutes at 600W, they got frozen at -18C. This way they come out nice and warm, but not too hot. This is my first meal prep ever, so I don't have much of a reference point, but here's my summary: - Easy to prep - Easy to reheat - Very tasty 9/10
@@Ben-fk9ey I've had one or two every single day since I wrote this comment, and I'm still looking forward to them every morning. Check my updated comment for more details

I made these last night and just had my first one for breakfast. Freaking amazing! Thank you Josh. My mouth is still singing from the spices. This is going into permanent rotation. Three thumbs up.
These are pretty solid, even on a budget (minus the vaccum seal) I do have a question on whether this is a solid recipe for filling you up though so you can fall into a calorie deficit or there is a different recipe for frozen burritos that is far better in terms of getting that deficit.
Thank you for taking the time to make this video. This is my very first time attempting to copy a meal prep, and I'm not disappointed. These burritos are so good and easy. Thanks again!
Finally a breakfast meal prep without oats! I can't stand them anymore because I had them way too often. Love myself a hearty breakfast. Amazing recipes.
Always heat your tortillas before rolling the burritos and sear them on the seam and opposite side in a bit of oil for extra flavor after rolling! Love the video, keep it up!
Or get real tortillas 😊. Most people have never had real flower tortillas just this kind… some might say a tortilla is a tortilla but if you’ve ever eaten a fresh baked piece of bread and a old stale piece or refrigerated white bread you might have some idea, no amount of steam or heat will get it anywhere near that real piece of bread, but might make it edible 😂

Just made the plunge and now an official member of snack city by getting the vacuum seal stuff with the promo code. Thanks for the videos and making meal prep easier over the last year!
If you lightly brown the tortillas with a little oil first, especially butter, they will be WAY more delicious. I also just add the cheese to the filling while it's cooking so it melts and holds everything together better.
Not sure how I hadn't seen your channel before. Made this recipe last week. My wife and I love them. We typically didn't eat breakfast, which usually led to me gorging at lunch time. This evened out my day. Thank you! Grabbed the vacuum sealer with your code too. Thanks for that as well!

I'm changing my comment from a year ago. I put these in my body almost daily so that means this must be the most valuable video on youtube because no video taught me how to start my day quite like this one has. 10/10, Josh! Your secret blend of herbs and spices make all the difference. In the past, I was also afraid to nuke my burritos cuz the tortilla gets dry in the microwave but your wet paper towel trick works wonders.
After months of wanting to make this recipe, I just finished making it and am currently eating some fresh burritos. My friend, you are a GENIUS! This is absolutely delicious and is going to make lunch at work a million times better and easier!
Just made these today. The prep is so easy and the flavor from all the ingredients is great. This is gonna save me so much time in the mornings. Thanks, Joshy!!!
Your recipes and videos have changed my life for the better. I'm so busy with work and still find it difficult to find time to go to the gym, so you calculating the macros for me is an absolute God-sent. Will look into becoming a Gold Member soon.
Great video tutorial! Personal preference: If one prefers flavor over calorie concerns, after doing the microwave reheating, I put the burrito on a hot skillet with some oil or melted butter until golden and crispy. That, paired with a hot cup of black coffee (no sugar), is a breakfast I can picture myself eating frequently.
I just tried this recipe this morning! It always feels so good to have food in the freezer. My husband doesn’t like turkey so I did one batch with sausage, but still added the spices, just cut in half. I passed on the recipe to a few friends to add to their arsenal!
Nice recipe! There are so many options for low cal high protein tortillas available at most grocery stores now that you could tailor this easily! I cut out breakfast on my intermittent fasting, but if I brought it back this would be the 1st idea I'd prep
I just made these last night. I made 16 (2 packets of 8 tortillas) with about 80g each. These are really good. I’ll be doing the chicken sausage meal tonight! This page is severely underrated 💪🏻
This looks great. I would heat up those tortillas in a pan (preferably cast iron). It makes them easier to roll into burritos. Love all the measurements and calorie breakdowns.
New Subbie here! Just tried for the 1st time All I had was frozen tater tots I used them allowed them to crumble after cooking this was amazing after my workout today thanks

I made these recently and these were really good, though I added some BBQ sauce the second time I made them and it made them way better. Hot tip for anyone else who plans on making these The snack city thing is working out great and I have some of these, pancake bites, and cheesymite scrolls in my freezer atm. I'm looking forward to making the broccoli bites and seeing what new recipes you come out with. I'm especially hoping for recipes that taste carby but aren't actually high in carbs
I'm trying to meal prep breakfast for me and my family. It's what we struggle with the most. I tried this recipe and everyone loved it and I don't have to worry about making breakfast the next few days. Once I get a handle on meal prepping breakfast, I'm going to add lunch or dinner. Thank you!
Hi! Great video. As a personal prefernce I'd recommend brushing the burritos with oil on a tray and baking them on 350 degrees F for 20-25 min. That'll make the tortilla nice and crispy on the outside while keeping them from unraveling without needing to flash freeze.
I've been trying to cut out carbs because for the life of me I can't lose weight, and I've been racking my brain trying to figure out a breakfast option that wasn't oatmeal or cereal. I tried making banana protein pancakes, it was a mess lol. But with these, I can buy low carb tortillas, and I already had a pound of ground turkey I didn't know what I was going to do with so this works, thank you for this recipe!!
I had 'Low Carb' tortillas. Low Carb meant they were as thin as tissue paper, and impossible to roll without tearing. Having to eat torn up, messy, 'Deconstructed' Burritos takes a lot of fun and convenience out of the whole experience...
Your recipes have always been great and easy to follow. But the more you’re infusing these videos with your personality and humor/sass, the better they are becoming! Keep at it! 🤜🏼💥🤛🏼
I love the commentary and phrases he uses, keeps me engaged and interested. I’m definitely gonna try this and probably check out some of the other videos
One note, as someone who loves to cook: for people overseas who can't find the frozen potatoes: you want to use pre-cooked potatoes, not raw potatoes. So like if previously you took a bunch of white potatoes and halved them and pre-boiled them until they were almost fully cooked, and then set aside and prepped those into cubes or whatever, that works perfectly. But don't use raw, uncooked potatoes as they won't cook fast enough with the rest of the ingredients. They take a lot longer.
@@fossilfuel71 yes that would work. The shape or style of potato doesn't necessarily matter, but if you just cut them up and throw em in, the starch is still in them so they're still very tough and grainy. Parboiling them for like 5 or 10 minutes makes them soft but still firm Enough to hold shape.
Love the science lesson in the middle there! I know lots of cooks who came into my restaurant and had their minds blown when I told them the scale can't magically measure volume :)
3:33 You can also prepare your own hash brown potatoes for this. It isn't hard, and requires no boiling whatsoever. Skin about a half pound of potatoes with a peeler, then grate the potatoes with a large box grater on the large (not fine) grating holes. As you grate the raw potatoes, immediately transfer them into a bowl of cool water to keep them from changing color and more importantly, to remove the starch. Potato starch is the enemy of crispy hash browns, as it will cause the potatoes to become mushy while frying. After rinsing, transfer the potatoes into a cheesecloth or other fine holed kitchen towel draped over a bowl, strainer or sieve, and wrap them up into a ball to wring out the water. Getting rid of the water is important to ensure the hash browns cook evenly and don't spatter or flare when you fry them in hot oil. (NOTE: DO NOT directly squeeze the ball with your hands! Hold the bottom and top, and twist them to get the water out. If you crush the ball in your hands it may mash the potatoes together.) From the dry state, you can add these potatoes into the video's recipe at the same point you would add frozen bagged hash browns. You can also store them in a sealed bowl for a couple of days, or freeze them like any other hash brown for a couple months thereafter. I use these in my fresh or frozen breakfast burritoes and for regular breakfast servings, they are much better than store-bought hash-browns. That said, store-bought work great for meal preps like this because they're going to be frozen again anyway.
Today I'm prepping the baked apple oatmeal for breakfast and Remington James pizza pasta for lunch. I like to double the meat portions or throw some mushrooms or other veggies to fill me up. I try to make more rib sticking meals like the baked oatmeal.
Can I make a suggestion? When you wrap the burrito, put them in a pan on medium heat with no oil seam side down until it gets brown and crispy. It'll help the burritos hold together, and will add more flavor for 0 calories.
Brushing a bit of egg white or even water on the end before sealing and heating will definitely help as well. Plus nice and crispy bottom. 👌 👌 Chef's kiss
I've been making a batch of 12-16 burritos 2-3 times a month for nearly a year now and I can't recommend it enough as a lifestyle choice. I'm always grateful I did the work upfront so when I'm tired or busy I can grab a burrito and have a tasty, decent, and if necessary portable meal ready immediately. I've settled on well-seasoned chicken and black beans with some cheese and salsa and I eat them almost every day. The vacuum sealing seems unnecessary, even with all the other ingredients I've tried over the months they always keep just fine for at least up to a couple weeks in the refrigerator. I wrap them in recyclable yellow sandwich paper and secure each with one piece of tape. At worst they get a little dry (the salsa helps counteract that). But I haven't used this recipe so maybe it matters with certain vegetables, I can't say for certain that my way would be appropriate to store your recipe. Either way I hope this encourages lots of people to try out the batch burrito making lifestyle, it's just so great to not have to think about one of your meals on most days
I would like to try out a "batch burrito making lifestyle" but isn't it also a very microwave heavy lifestyle? I grew up with anti-microwave parents but I never thought much about it... but I dunno.
@@koinzellascheriit4282 It is a microwave-heavy lifestyle yes, a warm burrito is much tastier than a cold one, especially if its coming out of the refrigerator. When I take my burritos places its usually to campus or a friend's place, where I know a microwave will be available. When I hear that someone is anti-microwave, my mind jumps to the possibility that they're concerned about the radiation or cancer or something. Microwaves have been around for a long time now though, and the science is 100% certain that microwaves don't "do" anything to your food, other than make it hotter, and the power density of the waves that might leak out of the enclosure is way too tiny to be of any concern (its comparable to the waves a cell phone emits). Just don't microwave plastic containers, because the heat can make some of the chemicals in the plastic leach into the food. Other than that, they"re perfectly safe (and pretty energy efficient as well!)
@@koinzellascheriit4282 toaster oven is great. Wrap foil around burrito, warm on 275 to 350 max, depending on how frozen it is. 275 will warm it if its thawed. flip it halfway, take the foil off for the last 5 minutes to crisp the tortilla.
these breakfast burritos are a staple of mine! what a great idea. Only saving time if there is something happening to the prepped food while sleeping, like marinating. Otherwise, you're still spending those "20 minutes a day" making the food, just at a different part of the day.
I recommend toasting them up on each side. It takes longer but it helps seal even burritos that you might torn and adds a nice toasty flavor and helps seal in moisture.
I substituted chicken for the turkey. I also used low fat mozzarella, and carb balance 7 inch tortillas. My burritos are coming out to around 215 calories per. They are awesome!
I did this for years when my kids were young, I would make up a dozen or so eggs sausage, potatoes, O’Brien, bacon, cheddar cheese, into burritos and wrap them and wax paper stored in the fridge. That way my kids could easily warm up a burrito in the microwave each morning. And always kept mild and hot picante sauce in the fridge.
I used to do that! 15 years ago for morning breakfasts for my three kids before school! Except the precise measurements were not important at all and I probably made it differently everytime (various proteins, vegies, cheese). I immediately wrapped them in plastic wrap, This made them air tight and protected from freezer burn. They rarely needed to last more than a week or two anyway.
Thankyou sir ❤. I’ve been trying to lose weight and I found that if I have a hearty breakfast I eat a lot less during the day. However I am not a morning person and I hate making/ eating breakfast. This is great, it tastes good and I can force it down pretty easily.

Thank you, this is my first time meal prepping and it turned out delicious now I don’t have to worry about breakfast for the next two weeks. Though I do have a mess to clean up in the morning.
You'll have a much easier time rolling tortillas if you warm them up first. Even a quick 7-10 seconds in the microwave does wonders, but a quick toss in a hot dry pan works just as well. When they're cold, tortillas are much more stiff, as well as brittle and prone to breaking.
How this man managed to go his entire life without learning that is astonishing.

I buy 3lb of chicken breast that I put into my food processor and grind up myself. I add that to 3ld ground turkey mix it all together then break down into 6 -1lb packages. That help cut down the fat from the turkey but still allows for some fat because the chicken is very lean and much drier.

Thanks!
And probably healthier too! :)
@@yearginclarkeLmao the taco bell breakfast burrito with sausage egg cheese and hash brown was good asf when i worked there although i wouldn’t spend my money on it
@@toxiicmayhemzz6686 Yeah I don't even know their menu, or similar places. When I was a kid I thought Taco bell was disgusting and never went back.
@@yearginclarke 😂😂😂 I worked there for 4 months last year and those 4 months were the only time i’ve ever ate there💀😭
I've been doing these for months now, I tweaked them a bit to my tastes by using pablano peppers instead of green, added air fried tater tots, told the spinach to play in the road, just use pork sausage because I'm lazy, and wrap them in foil before freezing. Then freezer to air fryer, 385 for 27 minutes while i get my morning workout in. Thanks for giving me the idea, it's really helped keep me on track
30mins at that temp? Does the egg not get rubbery and the tortilla burnt to hell? Heck i make a quesodilla in the air dryer and 7mins it's crunchy
These are absolutely fantastic, thank you for making a solid, non-oat, breakfast prep. I'm excited for my next 17 breakfasts

@@TheLoveForTheBeatI thought break-fast was called breakfast because you're ending your overnight fast
Was it worth it?
Just made and ate this and it was BOMBDIGGITY ! YEEEHAAA
i love the fact that you give every measurement in grams, just gotta use 1 kitchen tool for every measurement! thx for the content
Thank you for the recipes, it makes the mornings less shitty. :D
I like the food cling idea! Did you immediately wrap them in the cling or did you freeze yours first?

I wish more youtube chefs did this, it makes cooking for me at least so much easier, and I feel everything turns out better as well.
i agree 🙌
Made the firecracker beef and brussels, blueberry lemon baked oatmeal and popcorn chicken last Monday and I gotta say these recipes are all phenomenal.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed them 😎
The firecracker beef and blueberry lemon are two of my favorites. And coincidentally, I was planning on making the popcorn chicken tomorrow, lol.
The firecracker beef and Brussels is a real winner. I ate it every day for like two months straight and never got sick of it! In fact, I might make it again for next weeks meal prep 😁
@@vodengc520 the popcorn chicken is fantastic, im gonna try it soon with thighs over breasts, the macros should work out to about 270 cal and 29-30g protein for a serving if I did the math right
The Bible says that no one is a good person. We have all broken God's law the 10 commandments, we have all committed, lies, adultery, idolatry, and blasphemy. We deserve hell, but because of what Jesus did on the cross we can be forgiven. So if you Repent of your sins, change your wicked ways, and put your faith in Christ you will be written in the book of life. 👌 🙏Repentance is reviewing one's actions and feeling contrition or regret for past wrongs, which is accompanied by commitment to and actual actions that show and prove a change for the better....

How many calories per burrito?
I start my 2nd year of uni in September and ill have my own kitchen area. Last year was a mess of takeaways and unplanned meals so I'm definitely going to be using these meal preps to fill my freezer and plan my meals. It will make life so easy.
Yup also here because i start college in September and i have 7 roommates so the already small kitchen gets very messy crowded and no one has time to do their meals , this will def be a life saver . Now that u are going to your second year , are there any tips or advice for a first year?
@@blondie9909 plan meals. I didn’t plan at all often I would just go down to the shop and see what ingredients took my fancy which sounds nice but it gets expensive and makes you not want to cook so I had way too many takeaways. So plan meals, budget your food and limit takeaways only have reasonable amounts. Also try to make friends with your flatmates and eat each other’s food it saves you both money in the long run.
I love how the comments section has become a log of everyone's meal plans for the week. (Just ate carrot cake baked oatmeal btw. 10/10 my guy)
its awesome 😎😎
Feedback time! I made these today for the first time, and also as my first meal prep ever. Here are some stats:
Duration: 2h (limited by 2 busted fingers, especially in the veg cutting and rolling part) from clean and empty countertop to clean and empty countertop.
Result: 18 overfilled Burritos, could've stretched it a bit more.
Recipe changes:
- 600gr ground chicken (only 300gr packages available, and we don't get a lot of turkey over here, plus I like chicken)
- Green, red AND yellow pepper (almost exclusively available as a 3pack)
- No rubbed sage.
I also promised an update on how reheating worked for me:
I put mine in a soaking wet paper towel. I'm not sure if it's the difference between American and Dutch paper towels, but a damp one didnt work as well for me. I also put them in for about 4 minutes at 600W, they got frozen at -18C. This way they come out nice and warm, but not too hot.
This is my first meal prep ever, so I don't have much of a reference point, but here's my summary:
- Easy to prep
- Easy to reheat
- Very tasty
9/10
What did they taste like?
@@Ben-fk9ey I've had one or two every single day since I wrote this comment, and I'm still looking forward to them every morning. Check my updated comment for more details

These are pretty solid, even on a budget (minus the vaccum seal) I do have a question on whether this is a solid recipe for filling you up though so you can fall into a calorie deficit or there is a different recipe for frozen burritos that is far better in terms of getting that deficit.

Mission actually makes really good low carb tortillas that taste like the normal thing, and with only 4g net carbs

Do you reckon I could shred them, cook them first then add the rest?
If you crush the ball in your hands it may mash the potatoes together.)
From the dry state, you can add these potatoes into the video's recipe at the same point you would add frozen bagged hash browns.
Your instructions are so perfectly detailed, thanks for sharing how to make them.
Bumping this up
That was the funniest sponsor ad I’ve seen in a while. Well done
Today I'm prepping the baked apple oatmeal for breakfast and Remington James pizza pasta for lunch. I like to double the meat portions or throw some mushrooms or other veggies to fill me up. I try to make more rib sticking meals like the baked oatmeal.
Modern or imperial measurement aside, thank you for also providing modern measurements so the rest of the world can understand. Looks great.
This is true. Just this simple step makes the burritos twice as good.
Best channel for meal prep. Love this. I’m learning a lot. I am starting my meal prep journey.
I absolutly love breakfast burritos and I've been looking for resealable vaccume bag solutions for ages. So thanks on both fronts!
these breakfast burritos are a staple of mine! what a great idea. I've also done a beef/bean/cheese burrito in a similar fashion, they come out to around 230cal each with some pretty decent macro balances.

I'm comment exactly 9 days after watching this. I now own the zwilling device (mint) and I'm chomping on this recipe. Amazing.
And always kept mild and hot picante sauce in the fridge.
i love that you use grams. Makes me as a European able to easily follow your recepies
I eat these every singleday at work after finding this video- fantastic! thank you so much!
Quinoa subbed for potatoes. Sage, Thyme salt pepper. Reheat in microwave, crisp in air fryer.
Thank you for breaking down the filling and whole burrito calorie and nutrition. Love these! The sausage is especially good.
Thankyou sir ❤. I’ve been trying to lose weight and I found that if I have a hearty breakfast I eat a lot less during the day. However I am not a morning person and I hate making/ eating breakfast. This is great, it tastes good and I can force it down pretty easily.
