This looks great my man, (as a chef) I have some suggestions that would take this to the absolute NEXT LEVEL. trust me the way I trust you, you won't regret this. After cutting the meat, put it in a bowl and add a tbsp of water to it. Add a tiny punch of baking soda and a tsp of oil. Some salt, some msg if you're into that stuff, some of your seasoning. Mix it well. The baking soda will create a basic environment that opens up the muscle fibers making them absorb the water. Heat up a stainless steel pan, not anti stick stuff your body deserves better. Once the stainless steel pan is piping hot add some oil to thinly coat the whole pan (it should be just under the smoke point) and put down the heat. Let it oxidise, this will create a natural non stick layer. After that add the meat put the heat to max and mix it like your life depends on it. This will create a super juice and soft meat, in China we call this "velvetting the meat". It won't add to or change the nutritional value of the meal but it will greatly enhance the mouth texture which is an important part in the enjoyment of food. I hope you see this comment and try it out my man 🙏
Absolutly love this type of content. Great quality, nice camera angels, and feels real. (Dady Noels narration is just the chery on top.) I hope this will become a regular or monthly type of content.💪

Thanks for taking the time out of your day to leave this comment brother! Truly appreciate you man🙏🏼❤️
To reduce the amount of crying with an onion leave the root on and cut it in half from end to end. On both half's cut the stalk side off then peel a layer off. Slice to desired thickness and the last thing you should have is the root and toss away. Hope it helps
This looks awesome! As a tip, you don’t need to disinfect the board before your veggies if you’re gonna cook them too, anything on them will get killed as you sautee. But of course if you eat them raw, and at the end of the prep work, definitely disinfect😊
Just a tip noel if you bend your fingers and rest the side of the blade on your finger knuckels as a guide you'll cut alot faster and don't run the risk of having to reattach one other than that keep up the good work only found this channel the other day and I'll tell you what you deserve everything good that comes your way big man 👍 love from the UK ❤

You are really something special man. Btw this is my first UA-cam comment ever. I just thought it had to be admired.
Fantastic video! I'm starting to plan my shopping list for meals next week, and this is a fantastic idea! I think I'm going to use chicken instead of beef because chicken is so much cheaper than beef. I also tend to avoid beef because of the water usage for raising beef cattle. I will eat it here and there as a treat to myself, or if people cook for me.
Wow. I use that fajita seasoning when grilling just about anything. I raised 2 kids on it and they have it in their kitchens now. Pretty Kool seeing it on UA-cam. Loved the video and meal prep ideas.
You are so right! The little changes snowball and create the big ones! When I started my nutrition journey, I slowly started cutting out the “bad” stuff daily and the results were so motivating! Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment and really appreciate you! Much love 🙌🏼❤️
Great recipe! If you dont cut the root of the onion until the very end you wont cry! What makes you cry is the gas released when the onion bleeds, it only happens when the root is cut off from the rest of the onion, you can still cut it in half though :)
Noel, thanks for sharing. Your videos inspired me to get into lifting weights about two years ago and this video is inspiring me to change up my meal prep. Love you dude keep it up.

My bro!!! I Hope you enjoy the meal, sweet potatoes are fantastic, super delicious when they’re crispy! Wish you the absolute best in your journey ahead, much love!!!🙏🏼❤️
Happened to not have a good idea for dinner tonight and made this today! Took me way longer than it should have lol but it was delicious! Thank you so much Noel 😊
For those who use the bigger bell peppers try cutting off the stem so you can place it upside down. Then cut from the top around the seed pod, slide around it trying to take one section at a time. You should be able to find a guide easily enough on youtube if you need more details but honestly do what works for you!
That looks delicious, I'm gonna try it out. Do you store them in the freezer and take them out the day before? A little tip for the peppers: being really careful, cut by making a X on the bottom of the pepper, then you can easily open it like you're peeling a fruit, you'll now have 4 parts and the seeds will remain on the the top part
I love the simplicity of this video. My only suggestion is to use a separate cutting board only for the meat, rather than the same one. I know this isn't possible for everyone. If you do the veggies first and then the meat, that's probably a good idea (still clean the cutting board obvi). Last thing for everyone cleaning your, well, anything raw meat touches: take note of how long the cleaner needs to disinfect! Just spraying and wiping doesn't mean it's properly disinfected. Cheers.
Man, I don't know who will try it or who already has, but a very very good meal one of my favorites when made right, is chicken tikka masala. very very good very, with naan bread, that is a staple.
This is great. Diet and food ideas is the biggest struggle so having these videos is great!

Solid simple set up 🙌 i will say if you cook the veggies for a bit longer and brown up the edges flavors will be much more rounded and delicious
I love the sweet potato version! ❤
Wow. I use that fajita seasoning when grilling just about anything. I raised 2 kids on it and they have it in their kitchens now. Pretty Kool seeing it on UA-cam. Loved the video and meal prep ideas.
Great video! It's so hard to change from bad eating habits, but you've really been motivating me to do those little things that create big changes!
You are so right! The little changes snowball and create the big ones! When I started my nutrition journey, I slowly started cutting out the “bad” stuff daily and the results were so motivating! Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment and really appreciate you! Much love 🙌🏼❤️
Hello mister noel thanks for the cooking tutorials, im 16 and ive decided that its time that i learn how to cook. Thanks alot!
Great recipe!
If you dont cut the root of the onion until the very end you wont cry! What makes you cry is the gas released when the onion bleeds, it only happens when the root is cut off from the rest of the onion, you can still cut it in half though :)
Daddys all meal prepping videos are insane & very helpful ❤❤❤

Love you man, these are great. Meal prep is my biggest struggle. 🙏
Thanks a lot Noel! This looks delicious and simple to make. I can’t wait to try it.
I just got a portable lunch box warmer, these would be soooo good for food on the go!
For those who use the bigger bell peppers try cutting off the stem so you can place it upside down. Then cut from the top around the seed pod, slide around it trying to take one section at a time.
You should be able to find a guide easily enough on youtube if you need more details but honestly do what works for you!
This was the first meal prep video I’ve watched from you. It was great
Great video. Love the food videos lately. They are saving me as I am deep into a cut with a month to do. Thanks!
When i finally have some extra funds I'll definitely be trying this out, it looks delicious!
Cheers.
Definetly need more mealprep recipe videos from you!!
Loved the video Noel, I haven't had sweet potato in ages and I don't think I've ever had beef fajitas before, this looks delicious 😋
I was just thinking about what to cook for the week so this video came just in time thanks!
I am saving this one
I save every recipe from you since my work schedule is very tough and i don't have time for meal prep every single day

Man, I don't know who will try it or who already has, but a very very good meal one of my favorites when made right, is chicken tikka masala. very very good very, with naan bread, that is a staple.
