There are four types of people in the weight areas in the gym: 1. Those who train naturally and focus primarily on building mental strength, using the gym as a way to challenge themselves, escape the daily grind, and improve their mindset without being overly concerned about getting bigger. 2. Those whose sole desire is to get as huge and shredded as possible, often turning to enhanced methods to achieve this. 3. Natural lifters who share the same obsession with getting big and shredded but choose to stay drug-free. 4. Athletes who train specifically to enhance their performance in a particular sport, like football, cycling, or other disciplines requiring targeted muscle and strength development. I believe the gym’s true purpose is for people seeking mental resilience and a healthy escape from the stresses of work and life. However, when it comes to the second and third groups mentioned, I think there's a deeper issue at play. Many in these groups seem to be caught up in a mindset shaped by modern social media, unrealistic beauty standards, and even influences like pornography. They believe that constantly getting bigger and more shredded will make them happy, boost their self-worth, or even help them secure a future partner. This obsession, in my opinion, is a product of societal conditioning and a form of brainwashing. It’s not about personal growth or true health but about chasing an image that's been sold to them as the key to validation and success. It’s troubling because no matter how much they achieve, many still feel inadequate and keep pushing for more. This cycle doesn’t create happiness-it creates dependence on external approval and a distorted view of what fitness and self-worth should truly be about. I want to note that I have nothing against people who are prescribed TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) due to naturally low testosterone levels. However, there’s usually a reason for such conditions, which can range from genetics and diet to lifestyle choices. That being said, I highly doubt you’d ever find a mentally sound doctor prescribing something like trenbolone. I also want to clarify that there’s absolutely nothing wrong with individuals who are extremely unhealthy-whether very skinny or overweight-working to become healthier and achieve a decent physique. However, there’s a significant difference between striving for a healthy, muscular physique and constantly wanting to get bigger and bigger, as seems to be the case with many people featured in this video.
Bro with the blue collard shirt said that people with Ozempic really don’t have the will power to lose weight they just want to inject themselves with a needle. Meanwhile we can say the same with him not having the will power to be natty and just put in the work to reach his natural potential. But he’d rather inject himself with a needle.
Most of the people who use ozempic can do that naturally. And I say most because some overweight people have medical conditions. People are still able to lose that weight naturally. However, the people who are smart about using steroids only hop on gear once they reach their natural limit. This means that the people on steroids already achieved what’s possible for them naturally.
@ yeah I see what your saying. But I’d say that the people who actually achieve their natural potential is very low. We live in a society nowadays that wants everything now. They don’t want to put in the work just whatever can give them the look the quickest. Whether that’s losing weight, gaining muscle etc.
@@Loscito taking something that will end up damaging your health when it's not even necessary (like it's not for their health or anything, they could choose to stay natty) will never be smart, it's just vanity, like I don't see how that is any different than people getting addicted to plastic surgery to get "a better physique"

@@svenvdv2880 I don't think it should be normalized but I also don't think it should be vilified, as long as people are being responsible with it and being honest it shouldn't matter.
It's a decent argument in some cases, but not in this one. It's usually my exact thought when content creators fear monger over certain skincare ingredients or foods. In this case, it's really not appropriate.

A few things I want to mention: 1. There’s a book I read not too long ago called “The Adonis Complex: The Secret Crisis of Male Body Obsession” by Harrison Pope. It was published in 2000 pre social media, but I think it still relates to what we see today. 2. I like how Nicholas pointed out obsessive behaviors that may result in what is known in the DSM as “muscle dysmorphia” which is a form of OCD. 3. It was kind of funny when Sean asked Hussein how he remains “pure” as if it’s some sort of impossible task. 4. I wish one of the prompts brought up this idea to get/be big and its correlation to masculinity or insecurity.
Hussein said he follows Islam so if he just posts a video saying “Wallahi I have never used any PEDs before” then he can easily end all natty or not inquiries of him
This is such a BRO conversation. Its so eye opening for how this sector of men think. And it was less so the fact cigarettes are obviously dangerous but his point was essentially that if people want to harm themselves then let them because everything has a risk.

Bro natty
Mike O'Hearn would have been a great advocate for the Naturals 🗿
Bro with the blue collard shirt said that people with Ozempic really don’t have the will power to lose weight they just want to inject themselves with a needle. Meanwhile we can say the same with him not having the will power to be natty and just put in the work to reach his natural potential. But he’d rather inject himself with a needle.
He’s not wrong 😂

@@sacul3861 no youre just dumbfounded that someone could do this, ive done the exact same- im 88kgbw and bench 160kg and squat 180kg in 2yrs of training
@mazzabazza2014 but also that stat is not nearly as impressive as hussein's. his bench to bw ratio is 2.21 and yours is 1.82. Also he weighs 13kg less than you do and is benching more. You really think you can achieve his ratio of 2.21 in the next year, even though yours is already incredibly high? You are likely 1 in a million and he is likely 1 in 100 million (assuming you are both natural of course)

Not natty argument: “water is dangerous”
His argument was one of semantics. You could replace steroids in that question with anything. Weed, alcohol, water; it doesn't matter. Anything is dangerous when consumed inappropriately.
@@faintedmemodoes that mean it should be normalized
@@svenvdv2880 I don't think it should be normalized but I also don't think it should be vilified, as long as people are being responsible with it and being honest it shouldn't matter.

This video made me lose all belief that Togi has an above 70iq
A few things I want to mention:
