Ingredients: (to make 24 hotdog rolls or 48 hotdog bites)
    Dough:
    - 2 tablespoons sugar
    - ½ cup very warm water (approximately 35 C or 100 F)
    - 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
    - 2.5 - 3 cups flour
    - 1 teaspoon salt
    - ¼ cup vegetable oil
    - ½ cup plain yogurt
    Filling:
    - 24 Hotdogs (whole, or cut in half)
    Topping: (optional)
    - 1 egg
    - ½ cup water
    - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    Directions:
    Dough
    - To activate the yeast: in a medium bowl, add the yeast, the sugar, and the warm water. Stir it and set it aside. After about 5 -10 minutes, the yeast will foam up and double in size.
    - If using a stand mixer: Transfer the yeast mixture into the bowl of the stand mixer, and add to it all the other ingredients. Using the dough hook attachment, mix on low for 5 minutes until the dough become into a smooth ball. Add flour if the dough is too sticky.
    OR
    - If using hands: Transfer the yeast mixture into a large bowl. Add all the other ingredients, and mix with a wooden spoon until the mixture becomes dry.
    - Transfer the dough onto a floured flat surface. Using your clean hands, knead the dough for 5-10 minutes, adding flour if necessary, until dough become a smooth ball, and doesn’t stick to your fingers or the surface.
    - Cut the dough into two equal sections and form each dough into a ball.
    - Place each dough in a greased bowl, and cover with plastic wrap.
    - Place the bowls in a warm place, away from air as much as possible, and let it rest until it doubles in size.
    Hotdog bites/rolls
    - Pre-heat oven to 200 C or 400 F.
    - When dough is ready, transfer it onto a floured surface.
    - Knead with your hands a few times to get the air out, then cut in 24 equal pieces.
    - Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough ball into a 2”x3” rectangle
    - Place the whole hotdog on the edge of the dough and roll the dough around it, pinching the end of the dough.
    - Place the hotdog roll on a greased baking tray, pinched side down.
    - Note: while working on rolling, cover the dough balls with plastic wrap or a tea towel in order not to dry.
    - If making hotdog bites, cut the dough ball in half, and cut the hotdog in half.
    - Repeat this process until all the hotdog rolls are done.
    - To make the egg wash, whisk the egg with ½ cup of water, and brush the top of the hotdog rolls with it.
    - Then sprinkle sesame seeds on each hotdog bite/roll.
    - Bake for approximately 18 minutes for the hotdog bites, and about 23 minutes for the hotdog rolls.
    - And enjoy!

Wallah I LOVE BAKING! This dough is truly the best dough. It also looks like it would never go hard or dry like the other dough recipes I tried. I took a picture of them, but I don't think you can post pictures on here lol. I'm 19 by the way :) my name is wafa XD

hHe only thing that I do not like in your preparation that you are wearing manicure. My advice to remove it before working on the dough.
