Can’t blame him for posting this once every few months. Easy views and there’s always someone who needs the latest run down of accessories. Good job, Ryan!
@@glenhardy4770when are you pulling the trigger? End of Q4 may have some crazy incentives! I got mine in June of 2023 and already have 29K miles on it. Best purchase of my life by far!
The sunglass under monitor holder was new. I have a 32oz Hydro Flask and use a similar water bottle holder but it also comes with a phone mount with adjustable arms that use guitar tuning pegs to loosen and tighten the arms. Very handy.
Hi Ryan. I have been watching you for a very long time with the expectation of one day purchasing a Tesla. Well that day has finally come I will take delivery of a Tesla M3 LAWD on Nov 3. I’m so excited. I just used your links for the 5 piece 3D floor mats and the Scent Wedge. I’m part of the Tesla Family now. Thanks for all your amazing informative videos.
Trunk fridge update: After Tesla's recent 2024.32.3 software update, the 12V accessory outlet in the Model Y's trunk NO LONGER HAS POWER after you exit the car and Sentry Mode is on! This presents a problem for those of us who have depended on the always-on outlet to keep a a trunk fridge or other accessory running after parking the car with Sentry Mode on. Please, Tesla engineering team, please re-enable the trunk outlet in the next software update! Ryan, if you have contacts within Tesla, please let them know.
I actually do plan on getting a bunch of this stuff. My current vacuum is garbage, it takes 4 hours to charge and only works for 10 minutes, it can’t get in between the seats either. That sunglasses holder seems cool too. I definitely need the air compressor in the winter. That glass cover for the summer seems like a good idea, but it looked like it only covered the top, which is fine, but it still seems like normal windshield shade would make the biggest difference and would be something that I buy first.
It may be helpful to include information which accessories work well with others and which ones don't. The know strikes me as something that will keep you from using most organizers, for example. Does it work with the bar hub?
This summer my wife and I Turo rented an older Model 3 for a road trip vacation. It had a front plate mounted with one of those doohickies. I noticed, at freeway speeds, if I passed a semi, there would be this plastic flapping sound. At supercharger stops, I looked under the car for a loose cover, wiggled the mirrors, body panels, etc. I was stymied until I brushed the front plate walking past, and it made the sound. It was the front plate smacking into the bumper, when turbulence hit the car.
1:26 3D MAXpider are excellent floor mats. After seeing a set in a friend’s car, I specifically got the flat style vs all those ridges. Def needed for my (used) MS ‘cream’ carpet (why?!?!) I haven’t purchased any cargo mats yet.
Yes, and the “Elegant” version is really nice, too. It’s carpeted and is not hard or rigid in the feet, but still protective in its shape and resistance. Best of both worlds!
Multiple thumbs up 👍 for the Modern Spare. Like a pistol, you don't need it until you need it, then you usually need it badly. All needed tools in one place, easy to swap between my Model 3s.
@ianwooding3443 Yes check their website. Jack works but i carry a wider beefier screw jack, ratchet and extender handle, plus pucks for lift points. as delivered, it functions well, tho. Highly recommended.
I’m hoping someone comes up with more than a sun screen for the glass roof. If you can still see through it, it won’t be effective enough. We need a block of insulation, perhaps a foam piece 1 inch thick that would stick to the glass. There’s plenty of head room for this. The glass roof is no use to me as the driver so I’d be happy covering it up. MYLR here.
@@ThreeDogsTwoCatsAndAWife You can still see through it? As driver and I typically have no passengers, I can’t see out anyway so I’d rather keep the sun out completely. Who sells the thick opaque shade?
@@Diap842IV barely. It certainly cuts the heat down in sunny California. But Google other sunshades. There are heavier duty, completely opaque reflective shades.
I want to find a reflective, insulated, and external coverage from hood to hatch, including side windows. I would use it while camping to block light, heat, cold, ice, and snow. Generic ones are commonly available on China sites but would like one fitted to Model Y.
The only thing I don’t like about the sub trunk refrigerator, is moving stuff outta the way in the regular trunk to move the panel and get to the sub trunk. I’m constantly finding ways to keep things I rarely use in the sub trunk, not often used items.
In addition these coolers aren't that useful for occasion use due to cool down power and time. For day use or long trips, you power up the night before in house with AC adapter. I prefer a slightly smaller generic electric cooler (30 quart) that fits the space. Saves hundreds and can have more use cases.

Can you add a tow hitch to the new model 3 performance?

Amazing videos Ryan , great content and quality !
I enjoy the 3D Maxpider on my refreshed M3 LR. They fit like a glove
3D Maxpiders are slick, TuxMat is also really nice.

Anyone know of any good interior ambient lighting kits?
Does the sunglasses holder interfere with the interior temp sensor?
Second this
Thirds 😂
Nice video but $600 for floor mats?
Screams $85 on Ali express
Or on Temu. Basically the same without a logo.
Temu treasure hunt will likely save you 75% on most accessories, that are sourced from china anyway.

Thank You for that information! He keeps saying that California requires a front plate but I see cars all the time without a front plate. ???

Mother and baby grade TPE material, making it safer for you to use
