If you were irked by a mistake that someone made, then know that every time you talk about it, you are keeping it alive. You have a choice: Play the "Yes, but..." game and keep talking about the things that others have done that bother you, or genuinely let them go, stop talking about them, learn what you need to learn, and move forward.     This reminds me of the analogy that holding on to anger is like carrying around a hot coal, waiting for a chance to throw it at someone, but it just keeps burning your hands
