I have an off topic question. What martial art did you learn and what do you recommend?

I primarily did Muay Thai kickboxing and boxing, but I certainly practiced and studied mixed martial arts (before it was called that). I recommend any martial art that resonates with you and pushes you to have self-discipline and maximize your physical potential. I think jujitsu is probably one of the best all-around martial arts you can practice, but again, anything that pushes you to bring out your best is well worth your effort. Thank you for asking.
