Hi Allie, I have been following you for quite some time but stepped off the matt for a while too and am now being called to come back to the matt. The ending of this practice really took me by surprise. I felt a HUGE shift around my third eye and crown chakra and did indeed feel like it left me in a reflective space, where I just sat in the same position you left us in the end of the video for a few minutes! I absolutely love your videos and practices. I feel you are an instructor that really does the trick for me and am thankful you make your content free and accessible to everyone.
