I've done a lot of research on water fluoridation over the years. The conclusion I've come to is that it's definitively not helpful in preventing tooth decay, and is almost certainly harmful in a number of different ways. On top of that, medicating people non-consensually for a diseases that they might not even have with a completely arbitrary dose of said medication is extremely unethical and irresponsible, even if it did help. With that said, I use this issue as a litmus test for doctors and health authorities. If they support water fluoridation, they are either uneducated, or dishonest, and in either case, they should not be trusted with your health.

    How to stop tooth decay?
    Stop drinking fluoridated water,
    srart oil pulling twice daily,
    stop eating refined sugar,
    Stop using fluoridated toothpaste,
    srart drinking bone broth,
    stop eating all grains
reduce physic acid in the diet
gargle with diluted hydrogen peroxide (among other things) to reduce streptoccocus mutants in your mouth.
and very importantly use a waterpick instead of flossing,
There are so many things that you can do,MOST of which your dentist won't tell you.

That's right, Sarah. Neither do PUR water filters. I am new to knowing how dangerous flouride is, so it's really liberating to know about it.
Have you noticed Walmart doesn't usually carry filters that filter out flouride? I have checked 7 different Wal-Mart stores in a 80-mile radius of my residence, and not a single one carries a filtration system that fillers flouride.
Do you have any idea what stores would carry those types of filters?
You'd think Walmart carried them for sure, but not where I live. Any ideas would be appreciated, because I have terminal cancer, and I know flouride only makes cancer worse.
If you don't know, it's ok. :) I'll just keep truckin'!

Thank you! I have been warning my family and friends for decades about the risks of fluoride. We have our own rain water supply, that we filter twice and we only use, Grants Herbal non-fluoride toothpaste to brush our teeth. My son has never had fluoride introduced into his body and his teeth and bones are strong and healthy. We also noticed that we are not as prone to getting tartar on our teeth, since we changed our toothpaste.

White Knight - your son has had plenty of fluoride actually. It’s an element and mineral and is present in everything from tea to pork, even trace amounts in the air. He may do alright if he doesn’t snack or sip often and is good at plaque control.

TripEL OG Darkness Silly. Most bottled water is just tap water of the bottler’s municipal water systems. Most bottled waters contain fluoride, some very high amounts. You will have to research to see if there are bottled water brands that do not contain fluoride in your area. Better yet, buy a filtering system for your own tap water.

    • @ItsLoriK

We're screwed either way as plastic residue is in water, moreso in tap. While I could get the house well filtrated I'm 44 with no kids. So, I use the Brita Longlast filters (rated better than the regular ones) & got hub Simple Human bottles where water doesn't touch plastic.

    Fluoride reduces testosterone.
If a group wanted to reduce the testosterone in the general population, to reduce masculinity they would…
    1. Tell people to eat less saturated fat.
    2. Discourage eating red meat. (Zinc)
    3. Encourage vegetarian food, especially soy and flax seeds.
    4. Tell people to reduce cholesterol through diet and statins.
    5. Put fluoride in the drinking water.
    6. Encourage people to avoid the sun to reduce their vitamin D levels.
    7. Encourage using vegetable oils which are high in Omega 6.
    All these reduce testosterone.
    🤔

While working at a municipal water treatment plant that fed Fluoride into the water system. I was shocked to see a part of the concrete curb of the leak containment area where the large fluoride tank was located had been completely dissolved away including the concrete floor itself. It was the small drips that occurred at the hose coupling.
(I did NOT drink the water but brought mine from home where my local water system did not feed fluoride into the water), .

You should not brush your teeth right after you eat if you ate anything with sugar or that's acidic, like coffee. In those cases wait 20-30 minutes later. I also swish & drink water after eating. Lastly, if no change in diet then topical fluoride can help. It's systemic ingestion via water that's a big concern. Former dental hygienist here.

Just curious, does flouride in the tap water affect clothing? Like traces of flourine leaching through skin or cause the deterioration of fabrics?
I couldn't find much information on this.

A filter will not remove fluoride from water. Distilation is the only way to remove it.

RO will remove about 98%. Thats what ive been using 3 years. Saving up for a mypurewater distiller!

Water distiller with a coconut (carbon) filter gets rid of fluoride 100 percent. An activated charcoal filter also works with the distiller.

My dentist 🦷 offered me a flouride treatment to help seal the teeth and help with tooth sensitivity. I told them I’d like to research 🧐 first and not ready to go forward. I’ve been using a Berkey water filter for about 8 years now with flouride removal filters. I can’t undo all my progress now. I will not go forward with this treatment… just not worth the risk on my neurological system ⚡️

I've been trying to stay away from sugar foods. It's hard when there are holiday's coming up.I've been doing keto. I was doing coconut oil charcoal tooth paste. It makes a mess so went back to Colgate. I like the taste just not sure about the flouride. It's even in the water I drink. I was wondering what would help with bridal teeth? I've had problems with mine since I got my braces off when I was a teen. I've been using act mouthwash after I brush. Ty for these great videos. :)

Dr. Berg, you suggest us to drink mineral water like Pellegrino or Perrier, but one of the minerals in these water is fluoride. So should we still drink these mineral waters if they have fluoride in them?

Can filters remove elements that are in solution (dissolved)? Answer: NO! They can remove elements that are suspended, but not those that are in solution. **duh!*
