Alcohol and cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my husband which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

Amen God bless people. Save your health save your mind. Life is better without heroin, cocaine, alcohol and cigarettes. And you have more money in your pocket. God bless everyone who has rejected the devils intentions to be addicted to alcohol and cigarettes etc which can cause so much damage to health.

Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them.

Congrats! I'm really happy for you that your friend decided to help you. I always admire those who beat their addiction. Knowing it's possible to fix your life knowing there's people out there that have done what I thought was impossible gives me hope I will make it through as well. Those who share their experiences don't know how much it helps when you're about to give up, it gives you the strength knowing somone who actully know what it's like to go through this tell you it's possible, it's not the same somone telling you you can do it when they have no idea what it's like, but hearing somone who knows what it's like that helps a lot since you understand it firsthand and made it out gives so much hope. so thanks for sharing.

I used to drink tons of alcohol. My Italian father made wine. Beer, I drank lots. I slowly developed some kind of liver pain and I felt physically sick after taking a drink. I had liver tests except a biopsy. Liver tests were "normal." So I decided to stop drinking alcohol completely. And at 60 yrs old + and not taking in any alcohol I feel a lot better and no more liver pain!

As one of the owners of a brewery, I could be expected to be a beer drinker. And yet I typically drink only 2 beers 🍻 a month, and only one at a session. And I almost never drank hard liquor. So I was surprised a few years ago to find that I had fatty deposits in my liver. Only recently through watching videos from doctors did I come to understand how that could be. So am now reducing sugar & carbs. I may still drink about one beer a month. But otherwise will stick to limited amounts of gin without any sugary mixers.

Alcohol has lots of phosphorous in it which, in too high of dosage, will cause the digestive system, liver, kidneys, and intestines to not absorb nutrients and exhaust by-products properly while digesting food and other suppliments.

Great video. Just a note, rum and cognac fall under the same category and I understand you didn't want to go into too much detail so I leave it here in the comments as a sidenote. Both rum and cognac have no added sugar most of the times. Under certain gi (geographical indications) rum is allowed to have small amounts added after distillation and cognac actually allows up to 7gr of sugar per little after distillation afaik. If you like any of the two spirits(I love rum) look at the label, proper rums should show : 1. No sugar added, 2. Non chill filtered, 3. Natural colored(meaning if they are aged they are brown due to the barrel giving colour and not having added caramel colour which is used in almost every whiskey you are.going to find in non specialty shops). Unless stated in the label if you see a colored spirit it is 100% caramel colour and not natural.
Also a sidesidenote is that properly made beer has almost no starch if amylase was used properly, that's why you should prioritize craft breweries which are aparted by people who love and know what they do.
Thank you for breaking down stuff for all the people. Great content!

I can confirm about the gin. for the 4 years I was an alcoholic and for the best part of that time I was drinking only gin as it was the cheapest and I was drinking alot of it. easaliy going through a 750ml bottle a day and I never put on weight. I belive that if i was drinking the same amount in beer that I would be a 250kg+, and a dead man, I'm supprised im still alive to be frank... But, since september 2020 I have been completely alchohol free. I dont even miss it.

Zevia is an awesome soda. I have cut out all sugar soda in my diet and started drinking Zevia. Unfortunately, they only sell them in cans, and I cannot take a can into work with me, which is where I drink my soda. :( I wish they would put them in a plastic bottle so I can take them to work with me.

Have you ever wondered why I drink only distilled water, or rain water, and only pure-grain alcohol? Because Dr. Ekberg said that's all I could have. Purity of essence, Mandrake!

I am cutting weight yes but it's too slow compared to what I have done for a year. I have followed all your instructions to the dot but I am losing to little in weight!
I have lost only 20kgs from 110kgs to 90 in a whole year on keto, fasting, cardio and HIIT as you taught us.!!

It's ok, I lost 27 kilograms in 4 years, I was 110 kgs in mid 2018, the time I stopped all types of alcohol, processed foods, sugar, juices and all bad / fast foods, now body health challenges have dropped to below 20 percent, which I think is ok at my age of 68 years .

Moderate alcohol consumption has been shown to reduce both the acute insulin secretions and the "Long" phase secretions. This is probably the mechanism for the statistical findings that link 1-2 drinks a day to increased longevity. BUT stick with Dry Wines and Zero Carb Lite Beers...to "lean into" as much benefit as possible.

Best quit drinking alcohol. It's an artificial product just like sugar. And small amount of sugar has some uses in the body.

I’m aiming at a couple of beers once a month, I am recovering from a bout of pancreatitis and have fatty liver. Is my aim excessive ? I intend to not start for another year ..

Drink suggestion! You could make a coffee drink with vodka, brewed coffee, milk of choice(oat for example) and stevia 😀
So happy to hear that a couple of glasses of wine won’t mess up my health!

Dr. Sten Ekberg I try to look for beers that are very low in carb such as bud select 55, or michelob ultra. I’m not sure how good or bad they are but I’ll be doing more research on this.

Thank you Dorothy B. Yes all distilled hard spirit is same as whiskey as long as it does not have sugar added to it like a lot of flavored vodkas and rums.😄

OK beer ist Not recommended regarding the Gluten, etc. Yes or hast a high Glu Index. But what is about the Minerals and the other stuff? IT contains more ingredients as wine (i will not say ist ist better as wine). Ist IT really bad because the people drink IT since hundreds of years?
