That was just what I needed. This is a perfect post work-out yoga class and a great way to start the day in a calm state of mind. I just hate the UA-cam has to insert commercials every 5 minutes. For some kinds of videos that's not a big deal but for meditative yoga classes? C'mon UA-cam - find another way.
@@samanthajones4568 I don't use UA-cam enough for that. I literally only came on here to find a short yoga video that I could use for a cool down for after workouts. Other than this one purpose I'm hardly on here. But thanks for the clarification one the workings of UA-cam!
Wait, is this UA-cam's doing?! I''ve been sifting through comments all morning and so many of them are complaining about ads going through the middle of the class, but when I look at the video, there isn't one ad! I am so frustrated because there's no option for me to turn off ads that aren't there for me, you know? I'm so sorry!!
Hello Candace, I would love it if you make few sessions to correct mild scoliosis and how to avoid back pain in daily housework and postures. Thank you so very much for your excellent dedication and help.
Ive done this 3 days in a row plus a few others and I love your teaching style! I'm recovering from breast implant illness and surgery and opening my shoulders is just what I need. Thanks so much YBC
Thank you for yet another peaceful yoga video to calm me down when I feel like I'm going to lose it!! Candace, you have such a calm presence and I always enjoy your videos. Namaste
I have never in my life heard anyone talk about keeping the chest broad/forward during lizard! Thankyou! And thankyou so much for this practice!! Bless you!
Thanks for the great video,Candace.Ive been practicing for a while, ive never used Garuda arms while seated for a side stretch,it was a bit challenging, coz i got to do it with a mad muscle soreness.will check your other videos too.
Been sick with a fever over the last few days, doing nothing but resting. This was the perfect practice to get me back on my feet. Thank you so much Candace!
This was perfect for me this morning. I have been doing your other videos for quite a while and recently was feeling sick so took a week off of working out. This video was a perfect way to get back into it. Thank you!
I felt like crap when I woke up this morning, sore from yesterday’s work out. After going through this routine under your guidance, I feel so much lighter and happier.. thank you Candace! - Love from Johor, Malaysia
WOW!! LOVE LOVE!! I am a triathlete and yesterday was double down day (Hard workout in the morning then one in the evening) And this morning I woke up sore and tight. This was perfect!!!!!! Thank you!
What a great gentle stretch! That was just what I needed considering I am sore from yesterday’s air yoga practice! Thank you so much, Candace. Namasté!
I just wanted to say again how much I like this routine. I do it whenever I'm too stressed to meditate and it's perfect for doing shoulders and hips. Thank you :) x
Just completed a pretty rigorous Kettlebell workout and this video did just what it described. Very calming and effective stretching yoga workout. Thank you for sharing this practice.
Always stressed at the moment. Thank you for this lovely relaxing practice! I really want to do the teacher training programme!! I also love your book. Namaste 🙏
UA-cam is so annoying - they put them in automatically to ALL of my videos and I didn't realize it until about a month ago when my team and I manually took them all out, which was the only way to get them out. We must've missed this video. I've taken them out aside from at the very top of the video so it should be good to go now, thank you for letting me know!!!!
I am so sorry about that - I have been trying to figure out what's going on because people are complaining about ads but then when I go to the videos there are no ads there for me to remove. I think this might be UA-cam's way of trying to get people to subscribe to their ad-free option - it's totally out of my hands and I am SO sorry about that :(
Dug the video! Just a quick correction as someone who is a massage therapist and a part time anatomy nerd - technically the hamstrings do not connect to the feet. The end just below the knee. It is true that everything in the body is connected and so movement in the feet creates and releases tension through the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles (the calf) which does have an effect on the hamstring. Maybe that is what you meant, and it is totally correct - but quiet alarms went off in my head when you said that the hamstrings connect to the feet. Again, thanks for the video it was great!

If you invest $15 a month in yourself for youtube support, you get to skip all the commercials! Its awesome.

Always stressed at the moment. Thank you for this lovely relaxing practice! I really want to do the teacher training programme!! I also love your book. Namaste 🙏
This is a really nice session! One question though: is there a reason that there was no shavasana in the end? :)
How about for osteoporosis and osteopenia?is that back rolling ok wit it?
Great class! Where’d you get your leggings?? I need.
This was perfect for after my morning workout! Thank you!! Love those leggings!! Where are they from!!??
So glad you enjoyed! They're by Yoga Lab Design :)

I love this stretch so much but it has ads all throughout the class now :(

Love those leggings, brilliant practice. Thanks beautiful, much love, namaste 🙏 💖 💖 💖 💖
Nice and slow stretching flow but there is commercials every 5 min, very loud ones that at first startled me.

For someone that is actually sore from weight training....this is no buenos for "active recovery".....I'm way to sore for some of these poses.
Sorry to hear it!
Have you seriously put ads in a fucking yoga video 😂
